My mom and I were on a date in Sinjung-dong when we spotted a bread shop that had just opened! As a bread lover, I couldn't just walk past it, haha, so I went straight in. And it wasn't just regular white bread but fresh milk bread? I couldn't resist that 🍞

Where is Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong, and what are the hours?

Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong is located at 1141 Jungdong, Wonmi-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, and it's open daily from 09:00 to 21:00. It's a 5-minute walk from Sinjung-dong Station Exit 3, so the location was really convenient.

The exterior had a white tone with wood accents, so it felt clean but warm, haha. Right from the entrance you get the sense that delicious milk bread is waiting inside,,, 🤍

The inside was super clean too, and there were simple seats set up where you could sit and eat! (The bread-shaped doll was so cute,,, ☺️)

Easy White Bread bakes its milk bread fresh in-store every day, and they say they use top-grade ingredients like AOP-certified French butter and fresh dairy cream. Knowing they're careful about ingredients from the start made me even more excited, haha. They also had a variety of gift sets combining milk bread with jam, which seemed great for a light gift 🎁

Easy White Bread's signature is the Golden Beurre milk bread, and there were also various other types like olive cheese, chestnut rice cake, and walnut cranberry rye. Besides the milk bread, there were also jams, cream cheeses, and coffee and non-coffee drinks, so it seemed like a great place to pair with your bread haha.

The Golden Beurre milk bread in particular can be chosen as Half or Whole,

and you can also choose the thickness — 1.5cm, 2cm, or 2.5cm — depending on your taste! They say 1.5cm is good for enjoying lightly with butter or jam, 2cm is best for the bread's natural flavor and texture, and 2.5cm is recommended for toast or French toast, haha. I was debating which to get, and when I asked the staff, they said 2cm is the most popular choice and the one they recommend most! So I went with 2cm too. 😋

There was also a tasting corner like this, where you could check the taste and texture before buying, which was nice when I was torn between which bread to pick, haha.

When you order the Golden Beurre milk bread, they slice it fresh with this machine right on the spot. I tried to film them slicing it but missed the shot, silly me,, ㅜㅜ

On one side there was also a row of fresh cream castella bread — definitely trying that next time,, They also sell house-made jams and cream cheeses, so it seemed like a good idea to buy some to pair with the bread 👍🏻

Golden Beurre milk bread 🍞 Even eaten plain, the texture was really soft and moist, and the more I chewed, the more I could taste that nutty, savory flavor — so delicious! The bread itself was tasty enough that it was satisfying with nothing added at all, haha. I also tried pairing it with honey fig cream cheese and pecan cream cheese. Spreading cream cheese on the soft milk bread gave it a whole different charm! The honey fig added a sweet touch that worked really well,

and the pecan cream cheese seemed to have something like maple syrup inside — sweet, with pecans you could bite into for a nutty flavor, really good!

Inside the streusel chestnut rice cake milk bread

Chestnut rice cake milk bread 🍞 This one comes as a whole loaf, so it's the type you tear apart with your hands, haha. I was too curious about the cross-section, so I cut it with a knife! Wow,,, big chunks of chestnut packed inside, look at that 🌰 The soft milk bread plus the sweet chestnut made this one delicious too.

Is Easy White Bread Bucheon Sinjung-dong worth a stop?
