I heard the owner hand-shreds the goat meat every day, and maybe that's why it wasn't tough at all — the texture was tender and delicate.

There was plenty of water dropwort (minari) and chives in there too, and it had a savory doenjang-based flavor without being too salty — so good. I think I need to come back just for the seasoned goat meat with a drink next time 🥹

The basic side dishes were kimchi, diced radish kimchi, pickled garlic scapes, and dried radish strips, plus ginger that goes well on top of the goat meat.
