Nowon adventure zone for 7-year-olds: Sky Trail level 1 at Jump
In short
Jump is an indoor activity center in Nowon, Seoul, near Hagye Station, where the Adventure zone is separated from the other zones right at the entrance and has its own ticket counter. On a Friday morning at 11am, two 7-year-olds who had just reached 120cm went through Climb, level 1 of the Sky Trail, Net Play, Battleworld laser tag and Valo Arena at Jump. They ran themselves out so thoroughly that they asked to come back before they had even left the building.

I went to Jump in Nowon with my kid and their friend. We got in at 11am on Friday, September 18. Since it was a weekday, the parking lot right out front had plenty of open spots — a relief since I'd been worried about that, haha.
Now that the kids are 120cm tall, there was a lot more they could actually do in the Adventure zone this time. Bottom line: they played hard that day, seriously. They were so into it that they asked to come back again on the way out.

What you need before entering Jump's Adventure zone: QR consent form and sneakers
Jump splits into two sides right from the entrance, each with its own ticket counter, so you check which one you're using before heading in. We used the Adventure side. Before entering, you have to fill out a consent form via QR code to get in, and this isn't a take-your-shoes-off space — you wear sneakers the whole time. Socks and sneakers are a must!

A lot of the facilities involve a lot of movement, so it's best to wear comfortable clothes. Since there's also climbing up and down high places, I'd recommend long pants.
- Fill out the QR consent form before entering

Starting the day at Jump with Climb
Back to Climb one more time before leaving
My kid loves climbing walls whenever we go to indoor activity places, so of course we started with Climb that day. And right before we headed home after playing to our hearts' content, the very last thing we did was — Climb again, haha. It bookended the whole day.

Sky Trail at 120cm–140cm: level 1 only
We also tried Sky Trail.

Guests between 120cm and 140cm can only use the ground floor level of Sky Trail. Since it's a course with real height, even just the ground floor gave enough of a thrill for a kid trying an indoor activity like this for the first time — honestly, I actually liked that. My kid's legs were shaking the whole way, but they made it all the way around the ground floor, which made me so proud. I worried at first it was fear, but I think it was more that their legs are still young and not that strong yet. When they came down and said it was so fun, I felt relieved. Meanwhile, the friend who came with us climbed up, got scared, and came right back down. Even kids the same age can have pretty different reactions to this kind of thing.

Net Play and the screen games at Jump
Right next to it, Net Play let them bounce around like a trampoline and move up and down having a blast.
I thought it was all about climbing walls, but there were also games where you move along with a screen, plus cooperative games to play together. Trying them one by one, both kids and adults lost track of time. Since it was my first time trying any of this too, I had a great time, haha.

What's on the menu at the Jump food zone, and where to sit
After playing so hard and moving around so much, the kids said they were hungry, so we headed to the food zone.

Once we got up to the food zone, the space was way bigger and cleaner than I expected. There were plenty of tables, plus a more relaxed seating area on one side, making it easy to eat and rest before heading back to play. With Mom's Touch, Star Gomtang, Namsan Donkkasu, Jump Bunsik, Hangang Ramen and more, there was enough variety that both kids and adults could each pick something they liked, which was convenient.

Maybe because they'd played so hard and used their whole bodies, the kids ate really well, haha. After finishing our meal, it was back up to the second-floor activity space!
Battleworld laser tag: competitive the moment the teams split
The one that turned out way more exciting than expected that day was Battleworld laser tag. Depending on how many people enter, the staff split everyone into a red team and a blue team, and the moment teams were decided, this competitive fire just kicked in, haha.
We don't usually get to do this kind of indoor activity together with the kids, so they were completely thrilled, running around hunting down the opposing team's older boys and tagging them as hard as they could. After all that effort... our team lost 🤣 As we were heading out, one of the moms from the red team said—
"Sorry, we tagged you guys a little too much~~"
—and we all laughed and said, "It's fine, that was so much fun, haha" and headed out. It didn't even end after just one round — it was so fun we did Battleworld laser tag twice.
Valo Arena, where the kids stayed longest
The second floor has so many media-based activity spaces that we lost track of time trying them one by one. Of all of them, the place we spent the most time was Valo Arena.

Getting photographed was fun, but the sword fighting especially was just hilarious, haha.

On the screen, they looked like they were holding cool swords, facing off and attacking each other, but watching from the side in real life... they're holding nothing at all, just flailing at each other in thin air 🤣 The gap between what shows on screen and what's actually happening was so funny that watching the kids play was just as entertaining for me. Since the kids kept picking different games to try, Valo Arena ended up being where we spent the most time out of everything that day.
Is Jump's Adventure zone worth it for a 7-year-old at 120cm?
At first I wasn't sure how much the kids would actually be able to do, but now that they're 120cm, there was a lot they could directly try in Adventure. From Climb to Sky Trail, Net Play, Valo Climb, Battleworld laser tag, and Valo Arena — having so many facilities was great, but more than that, watching the kids run, climb, and move their bodies to play really felt like they got a proper, full day of play.
My kid especially started with their favorite, Climb, and ended with Climb again, haha, did the survival game twice, and spent ages at Valo Arena. As they walked out saying, "Let's come back again next time, that was so fun!" — I felt really proud that we'd found a solid place to check off our list of things to do in Nowon that day 😊
It's a place where you can play actively with kids indoors without worrying much about the weather, so we're planning to go again sometime. On our way out, I asked a staff member how long the preview period would run, and they said probably through September — so definitely double-check current events and pricing before you visit.
