It's at the very innermost part of the NORTH 1st floor of the Busan Shinsegae Premium Outlets, past the elevator in front of the UGG store. SYSTEM and WINE stores are in the same building. The interior of the Bueokgan outlet branch is a spacious, comfortable 70 pyeong. Since it's a yes-kids-zone, baby chairs and baby tableware are ready, and corkage is free for up to 3 bottles.

Bueokgan's waiting area styled with European ambiance

Walking in, you're greeted by a nicely styled waiting area with European vibes. The interior further in was wonderfully spacious and comfortable,

The vintage yet upscale interior gave off a Nordic-living-room kind of vibe — the atmosphere was so good. Even the little props and framed pictures scattered around had that European feel down to a tee!

Bueokgan menu and prices

Bueokgan's best menu items are the napa cabbage Caesar salad, truffle gnocchi, kung pao pilaf, jambon pizza, and Bueokgan steak. We ordered lasagna, carbonara, pepperoni pizza, and two glasses of fresh-squeezed orange juice.

  • Lasagna ₩21,000
  • Carbonara ₩19,000
  • Pepperoni pizza ₩17,000
  • Fresh-squeezed orange juice ₩4,500 ×2

The fresh-squeezed orange juice came out first, and it was refreshing and tangy — so good.

Table with lasagna, pasta, and pizza laid out together

Doesn't it look great haha. The dishes also came out without a long gap between them, so it was easy to eat everything together.

Lasagna, 21,000 won: what a first taste was like

Bueokgan's lasagna, at ₩21,000, is made with house-simmered ragù sauce, wide lasagna sheets, eggplant, and cheese. I'd never even seen a lasagna dish before this, and with all that cheese piled on, it looked so delicious.

As you can see, the ragù sauce soaked well between the sheets, and the savory cheese, eggplant, and meat were all packed in generously — the umami was on point. If you're trying lasagna for the first time like me, try it at Bueokgan. It was so good I want to eat it again just from looking at the photos!

Carbonara, 19,000 won: thick but not heavy

Bueokgan's carbonara, at ₩19,000, is a flavorful pasta combining bacon, button mushrooms, and cream sauce. I don't usually eat carbonara — I remember getting sick of it quickly because it's greasy, haha. But I ordered it thinking it'd go well with the pepperoni pizza we also ordered, and it was a total success..!-!

The thick cream sauce came loaded with pasta, bacon, button mushrooms, and sliced garlic, and the portion was generous too. The noodles had a nice springy, just-right texture, and the cream sauce clung to them so well it made it even tastier. And honestly, it wasn't greasy at all — smooth and savory, so much so that I scraped up every last bit of sauce. Absolutely delicious!

Pepperoni pizza, 17,000 won: why the dough stood out

Bueokgan's pepperoni pizza, at ₩17,000, is loaded with pepperoni for an appealingly salty taste. The dough was fluffy yet chewy, piled high with pepperoni.

Honestly, the dough was truly delicious — soft yet chewy, I was genuinely impressed. Add in the pepperoni and cheese for a salty, savory finish that hit the spot. It tasted as polished as pizza from a dedicated pizzeria, so I'd recommend ordering it alongside other dishes.

Who is Bueokgan at the Gijang outlet best for?

Bueokgan Restaurant, Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets sits inside the Busan Gijang Premium Outlets, so there's plenty to see nearby and parking is easy — a real plus. At 70 pyeong, the space is spacious and comfortable, nicely done up with European touches, so the atmosphere is great too. It's perfect for dates, family meals, and all kinds of gatherings.

The menu was varied enough that it was easy to order a bit of everything, and the pizza, lasagna, pasta, and drinks were all delicious — genuinely satisfying. A must-revisit spot! Highly recommend.
