How we ended up at Purity Cafe, a brunch café in Gijang, Busan

Purity Cafe is a brunch café on Chaseong-ro in Gijang-eup, Busan. While staying with my mom at Haeundae Beach Restfield and looking for somewhere to have dinner, I heard there was a popular brunch café in Gijang-eup, so we went to check it out.

The exterior already gives off proper aesthetic brunch café vibes. It's even more exciting knowing the food is made from the recipes of a chef with two Michelin stars.

Inside Purity Cafe: two full floors of seating

Both the 1st and 2nd floors are entirely Purity Cafe, so it feels spacious, which I loved. The greenery mixed with wood tones creates an atmosphere like you're on a trip somewhere. It's a space that puts you in a good mood before you even eat.

It's a nice spot to simply grab bakery goods with coffee, but also great for coming in for brunch, lunch, or dinner.

There are photo spots all over the place, so it would be a great place to visit with friends or a partner and take photos.

There are also tables set up that can seat multiple people, so it looks great for group gatherings too.

Above all, I could tell each salad ingredient was fresh and good quality, which made it even tastier. Even a single slice of tomato was delicious in this salad.
