I'm Koala Kongain, only fast on my feet when there's good food involved. Today I went to Jackson Pizza, a pizza spot in Wirye everyone raves about.

Two flavors in one large half-and-half pizza
Pizza sizes come in Personal, Regular, and Large. Large can be ordered half-and-half, so I got a large to try two flavors at once, haha.
When you're eating in at Jackson Pizza Wirye Branch, ranch sauce and pickles come included by default, but only one free refill is allowed — after that you can order more. Except they gave us so much to start that I never even needed the free refill, lol.
I ordered the half-and-half large size — Five Cheese and Melting Cheeseburger, split right down the middle! Honestly, two indecisive people showed up, so one of us picked Five Cheese from the top 3 list above, and the other picked Melting Cheeseburger by having a friend call out a random number from 1 to 12, lol lol. So exciting.
What does the Melting Cheeseburger pizza taste like?
The Melting Cheeseburger genuinely tastes like a whole cheeseburger was transplanted onto pizza dough — the moment I took a bite, a gourmet burger flashed through my mind and it was so wild!!!
It's loaded with cheese, bacon, beef, and pickles on top, so the moment you pick up a slice you think, wow, this is heavy. The juice from the ground beef and the tang of the pickles cut right through the richness of the cheese, so I felt like I could eat a whole pie of just Melting Cheeseburger without getting sick of it.
The best way to eat Jackson Pizza's ranch sauce
Jackson Pizza's own ranch sauce leans pretty tangy. The ranch flavor is strong enough on its own that I personally thought it worked best dunking the plain crust part with no toppings!
Five Cheese pizza: five kinds of cheese at once
Next up, Five Cheese! It has that visual of something an American sitcom family would eat for dinner. I heard it's got five kinds of cheese — mozzarella, parmesan, gouda, cheddar, and grana padano. It's a cheese bomb, so even without extra toppings it had a deep, savory flavor that made it obvious why it's one of the top 3.
And then the fries I got through the review event! Freshly fried fries — need I say more..🫶 If you want proper, real-deal pizza in Wirye, this place is worth a visit. I'm going to keep going until I've tried every single flavor at Jackson Pizza..💗
