Dixie's is a restaurant near Dongmun Market and Gwandeokjeong in Jeju City, Jeju, serving rice bowls alongside American-style fried chicken. The braised pork rice, tossed with a squeeze of lime, and a fried chicken with a hefty bone-in drumstick paired with three sauces made for a memorable evening. Between the motorcycle parked out front and the warm table lighting, the atmosphere stuck with me as much as the food.
