Figure Museum Jeju is an indoor movie and animation character exhibition space in Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo. My husband and I spent about an hour in the main building, took photos with character props, and also visited the annex and gachashop; the large figures and detailed displays were more memorable than expected.
Cheongchuni Oranda Dongmun Market Main Branch, Tapdong is a dessert shop in Dongmun Market, Jeju. I chose the tangerine rice-syrup gwajul gangjeong gift set, with crisp puffed rice, a light finish, and a subtle tangerine aroma. Verdict: a neatly packaged Jeju gift that feels easy to give.

I visited with my child, tried the Jeongbang Waterfall Latte, cheesecake, and fresh chocolate, and especially liked the latte’s nutty pistachio finish and the rich cheesecake.

I had the A set with my child, including spicy braised cutlassfish, grilled tilefish, marinated crab, sea urchin miyeok-guk, and pot-cooked rice; it worked well for both of us, though there was no dedicated parking lot.

After visiting Seongsan Ilchulbong with my parents, I ordered two servings of the braised hairtail A set and abalone porridge; the varied set meal and seasoning that went well with rice made for a satisfying return visit.
