Yeouido bar for yakisoba and sashimi: Nani Yeouido Branch
In short
Nani Yeouido Branch is an izakaya near Yeouido Station in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. I alternated between generous portions of yakisoba and sashimi, and the partitions made conversation feel comfortable and private. Verdict: A great place in Yeouido for drinks and snacks in a private setting.

I found a great izakaya in Yeouido with a lovely view and plenty of private seats!
Nani Yeouido Branch is close to Exit 3 of Yeouido Station, so it is very accessible. It is about a one-minute walk from the station, making it a nice spot after work. IFC Mall is also within walking distance, so it would be great to include on a date itinerary.

I had yakisoba and sashimi, and both were plentiful and delicious, so I am already planning to return next time.
An izakaya close to Yeouido Station
Nani Yeouido Branch is on the third floor of the S-TRENUE Building.

You can take either the elevator or escalator up.
The interior was more spacious than I expected, and the areas were separated really well.

Many izakayas are small and dark, but this one is above ground with floor-to-ceiling windows, so it felt brighter and more relaxed.
For a private space, the interior tables without windows are a good choice; if you want something more open with a nice view, go for a window seat.
I was shown to a seat facing the Kyobo Securities Building, and it somehow really captured Yeouido's particular atmosphere.
A private feel thanks to the partitions
One thing I liked about Nani Yeouido Branch was that partitions were installed between the tables, so most tables were not easily visible.

Near the entrance, there are spaces that feel more like private rooms, while the inner dining area has a semi-private feel.
The space is separated enough that you rarely keep making eye contact with guests at other tables, and it creates an atmosphere where you can focus just on the people at your table. It was much more private than I expected, which made the meal very comfortable.

It is great for relaxed drinks with friends or for chatting quietly on a date. It is also nice for drinking alone, so I honestly want to recommend it to everyone. Even though the place itself is quite large, the partitions are arranged well between tables, so it did not feel cluttered.
Yakisoba that was better than expected

Yakisoba is a Japanese stir-fried noodle dish made by cooking noodles and ingredients together, so it is a great item to order as a drinking snack at an izakaya.

Nani's yakisoba had noodles and ingredients that worked together nicely, and the sauce in particular was so good that I kept reaching for more.

The seasoning had soaked evenly into the noodles, making it far more delicious than I expected, and it was very filling because there were plenty of toppings too.

I alternated it with the sashimi, and the two went surprisingly well together, so they would be great to order as a pair.
Generous sashimi with a varied selection

Sashimi, one of the classic drinking snacks you cannot leave out at an izakaya.

I tend to order sashimi every time I go to an izakaya, so I had planned to try something else this time. But the selection and value here were so good that I found myself ordering it as if I had been drawn in by the menu.

Nani Yeouido Branch also has a solo sashimi option, and there were many kinds of sashimi on the plate.

The raw fish itself was very fresh and easy to enjoy neatly.

More than anything, it paired so well with the yakisoba that I think I enjoyed it even more.
A place with kind staff, too

Beyond the food and atmosphere, the staff at Nani Yeouido Branch were also extremely kind.

At an izakaya, you often stay for a long time while having drinks, and the staff took good care of what I needed, so I was able to relax.

No matter how tasty a place is, I never go back if the service is unfriendly.

Nani Yeouido Branch was really busy, perhaps because the staff are kind and the space is clean and comfortable.
A good choice for a Yeouido date or solo drink
Overall, Nani Yeouido Branch is a great fit for anyone who wants to enjoy drinks and snacks while having a quiet conversation.

In particular, I think its biggest feature is the private feeling created by the partitions between tables.
The place is spacious and has an area with floor-to-ceiling windows, so it did not feel stuffy. The window seats also have a lovely mood, so I think you can choose your seat based on the purpose of your visit.
If you want an izakaya with a great atmosphere in Yeouido, head to Nani Yeouido Branch!
