If you want a meal that's not too heavy but still healthy, a poke bowl packed with colorful ingredients in one bowl is perfect.

Among the fresh lettuce, the nutty chickpeas and lentils pop with every bite, and the wholesome grains fill you up in a satisfying way.

And when you add golden, seared steak on top, the chewy texture and savory, salty flavor just explodes!!

Add warm mushroom soup on the side and the warmth and softness cuts right through the cold salad — boom!
