I'm Jojanggeum, a Korean-Western-Chinese certified cook. With fig season in full swing, I went hunting for a sweet, delicious fig dessert. Today's Seoul Forest dessert café pick is Andamiro Pancake Seongsu, located right on the Seoul Forest café street. The pancakes look like something out of a fairy tale, and this weekday lunch gave office-worker me a genuinely happy little escape in Seongsu.

Inside Andamiro Pancake Seongsu: seating and atmosphere
The inside also felt like a fairy tale! Bright window seats and lighting fixtures scattered throughout the space were the standout features.

There's a big communal table right in the center of the café, with a round light hanging over it like a full moon.

It was quiet and calm — such a healing kind of time. There was one staff member on duty, kind and just as composed as the space itself.

It's a modestly sized café, with warm wooden tables and soft cushions for comfortable seating.

From window seats to group tables, this Seoul Forest Station café would make a great spot for a Seoul Forest date or a first meeting!

These days, whenever I visit an aesthetic Seoul Forest café, I like to grab a mirror selfie — so here's one to remember today's precious little escape!
Green, leafy little touches were scattered throughout the space, giving it an extra sense of life. You could tell every corner had been thoughtfully styled.

Menu and the one-order-per-person rule
Andamiro Pancake Seongsu recommends one order per person. The signature dish is the signature pancake served with seasonal fruit, and beyond that there's crème brûlée soufflé pancake, matcha soufflé pancake, lemon soufflé pancake, croffle, fig soufflé pancake, fig bingsu (shaved ice), and fresh mango bingsu!

So many mouthwatering options caught my eye! And knowing it made the 2026 Blue Ribbon Survey list only raised my expectations.

The name Andamiro means something like 'filled to overflowing' — such a warm, grateful message! A relaxed atmosphere and a memorable moment, filled to overflowing.

How the classic soufflé pancake and coffee taste
We ordered an Americano, a café latte, and the classic soufflé pancake! Since the pancake is made fresh to order, it took about 20 minutes.

The kind, thoughtful staff member brought our coffee to the table first, so we got to sip and relax while we waited.

The atmosphere was so nice that even an everyday coffee felt special and worth savoring — the nutty beans were lovely.
And finally, today's star arrived — the Andamiro soufflé pancake, piled generously with seasonal fruit! Pineapple, blueberry, shine muscat grapes, figs, and banana, all heaped on without holding back.
We'd also added vanilla ice cream, which came out in its own separate bowl rather than plopped straight on top — a nice touch.

The soufflé pancake had this irresistibly soft, pillowy texture — like a baby's cheek! I believe it's made by whipping egg whites into meringue and folding that into the batter.

It tasted just as good as it looked! A melt-in-your-mouth texture and flavor — the kind of special experience that sticks with you for a long time.

It really was a soufflé pancake with the gorgeous, fairy-tale look to match. And the cream wasn't your average cream — it's homemade custard cream, which made it even smoother and more melt-in-your-mouth.
They didn't skimp on the seasonal fruit either, so it was fun picking through the variety as I ate. And the cold, sweet vanilla ice cream against the warm soufflé pancake — opposite temperatures, but they went together beautifully!

It looked so pretty that even I, someone who's not great at food photography, couldn't stop snapping photos! This is the kind of sweet dessert and dreamy space I'll be thinking about whenever I'm craving something pretty and sweet.

Final verdict: is Andamiro worth it as a Seoul Forest dessert café?
With its calm, dreamy atmosphere and a soufflé pancake that looks straight out of a fairy tale, Andamiro Pancake Seongsu is the kind of Seoul Forest Station dessert café I'd want to return to whenever I'm craving something sweet.
Made with care, generously topped with seasonal fruit, and paired with rich, nutty coffee — this honest review is for Andamiro Pancake Seongsu, the dessert café tucked at the entrance of the Seoul Forest café street that I'd happily visit again.
