Ginger lemon tea, cream cheese salt bread at Pocheon's Geurine Oasis
In short
Geurine Oasis is a large bakery café in Sohol-eup, Pocheon, Gyeonggi, sitting right in front of Gomo Reservoir. On a weekday visit, a couple ordered two premium herbal teas at the main building — That Radiant Day, Before Sunset and To My Precious One, Ginger Lemon (7,500 won each) — plus the signature salt bread (4,800 won) and blueberry jam cream cheese (3,200 won), and the salt bread spread with the homemade cream cheese was the best combination. Between the main building, annex, rooftop, outdoor fire-gazing zone and dog run, Geurine Oasis has enough space to make a slow afternoon feel genuinely restful.

This is Jjallang, a traveling diabetic. I'd passed this café so many times while driving around Pocheon, and I finally made it there with my husband! Here's the accurate rundown on Geurine Oasis, the Gomo-ri café in Pocheon with the incredible Gomo Reservoir view :-)
What kind of café is Geurine Oasis?

Opened in March 2024, Geurine Oasis is a genuinely famous Pocheon café with over 5 million views on social media! We came on a weekday and the parking lot was already full — whoa. If it's full, you'll need to use the nearby public parking lot. In the photo above, the main building is on the left and the annex on the right, and you can only order in the main building.
Ordering and seating in the Geurine Oasis main building

You can only order menu items in the main building, which is why pets aren't allowed there! The main building alone is spacious with tons of seating — very much a large Pocheon bakery café.

You can order at one of 3 kiosks or directly at the counter. This place is especially famous for fire-gazing, and yes, you can do it after purchase (weekday reservations available via Naver too).

What's on the drink and bakery menu?
The drink menu at this Pocheon reservoir café is really, really varied — coffee, non-coffee, ades, non-alcoholic 'booze,' and premium herbal teas!

The bakery menu at this large Pocheon bakery café includes slice cakes, cornets, butter bars, salt bread, croissants, mocha buns, scones, pretzels, pastries, sliced bread, bagels, and homemade cream cheese~

They also have kids' drinks, making it a good spot for all ages.

We'd already eaten a huge lunch, but how could anyone resist this look and smell?! So we ended up ordering bread too lol.

Premium herbal teas and salt bread: what we ordered
At this large Pocheon bakery café, we ordered two premium herbal teas, the signature salt bread, and blueberry jam cream cheese. My husband and I enjoyed it in the main building~

My husband ordered the premium herbal tea 'That Radiant Day, Before Sunset.' You can taste a rich plum flavor and aroma, and it's a pretty tea with a distinctive purplish color. This is one of 10 special premium teas blended with a tea research lab, available only at Geurine Oasis, and apparently a favorite among tea enthusiasts!

I also ordered a premium herbal tea and went with 'To My Precious One, Ginger Lemon.' A tea with a subtle hint of ginger and lemon! The cups at Geurine Oasis come in eco-friendly reusable tumblers, which I loved as a thoughtful touch for the environment.

My husband really loves salt bread, so he ordered the signature salt bread the moment he saw it. Apparently the salt bread and croissants are the most popular items here, and no wonder — it's genuinely delicious. They bake everything in-house, and this place is truly a must-visit bakery spot in Pocheon. It paired amazingly well with the premium tea we ordered!

My husband randomly wanted it so badly that we also ordered the blueberry jam cream cheese haha. This too is homemade cream cheese made in-house! And honestly, I highly recommend this — the cream cheese is soooo good. We tried it together with the salt bread, and please, please try this combo too ㅠㅠ
Inside the Geurine Oasis annex and rooftop

The Geurine Oasis annex is the space where pets are allowed. It's spacious too, with plenty of seating, and you can see the reservoir out back.

There's also seating on the annex terrace — perfect for outdoor seats in weather like this, right?

The annex also has a rooftop you can go up to, but children and pets are absolutely not allowed! And that applies on snowy or rainy days too~

The annex rooftop was also incredibly spacious. Geurine Oasis overall is huge with lots of seating, so it seems like a great spot for all kinds of group gatherings too!
Outdoor seating, the fire-gazing zone and Gomo Reservoir views

The highlight of Geurine Oasis, and the most popular photo spot, is the outdoor area! There's plenty of outdoor seating too, and you can do fire-gazing at the designated fire-gazing seats.

The Gomo Reservoir view is visible right from the outdoor area of Geurine Oasis. It especially matched perfectly with the current autumn sky♥
The dog run at Geurine Oasis

As a pet-friendly Pocheon café, Geurine Oasis also has a dog run. It's certified as a 2026 Pocheon-si Pet-Friendly Food & Beverage Facility, so you can bring your pet along with peace of mind!
Is Geurine Oasis worth the trip to Pocheon?
Geurine Oasis, a genuinely famous social-media hotspot café in Pocheon, turned out to be a really solid café in every way. With the main building, annex, rooftop, outdoor area, and dog run, the space was incredibly spacious, and with a location that looks right out onto Gomo Reservoir plus delicious drinks and baked goods, it's a perfect place to unwind in many ways. There are still drinks and baked goods I haven't tried, and I missed out on the fire-gazing experience this time, so I'll definitely be back!!
