Pocheon café for large dogs with Seoul Milk pet milk: Geurine Oasis

The weather's been so nice lately that I wanted to take Latte out somewhere open and breezy. While looking for a relaxed spot to bring my large-breed dog, I found a place with both a perfect view and perfect space — Geurine Oasis, right in front of Gomo Reservoir in Pocheon! I really want to recommend this to anyone looking for an open space where they can relax with a big dog without feeling self-conscious, or anyone who just wants to zone out over a pretty reservoir view :)

Geurine Oasis, which I visited this time, is one of the standout dog-friendly cafes in Pocheon for its wide-open view of Gomo Reservoir.

True to being a large bakery cafe in Pocheon, it's massive in scale — a main building, an annex, an outdoor space, and even an outdoor dog run. Dogs can enter the indoor annex, the outdoor space, and the dog run alike. Depending on the weather or my mood that day, I could pick a comfortable indoor spot or a breezy outdoor one, which I really loved. Just having that many options is already a huge plus for a dog owner!

How far apart are the tables for large dogs?

At Geurine Oasis, the tables are spaced generously apart, so sitting with a large dog didn't feel like a burden at all. The narrow seating that large-dog owners usually worry about at dog-friendly cafes simply wasn't an issue here.

When you go to a dog-friendly cafe with a big dog friend, the thing you worry about most is tight table spacing, right? As a large bakery cafe, this place had generously wide spacing between tables and I loved it so much!!!! Even with a big, big-eared dog like Latte, I didn't have to worry about getting in other guests' way, which felt really great.

If you're looking for a dog-friendly cafe in Pocheon where large-dog owners can relax without worry, this is really it! I later found out Geurine Oasis was selected as a 2026 Pocheon pet-friendly food and beverage facility... and having visited myself, yeah — it deserves it. It was such a satisfying dog-friendly cafe!!! (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

At Geurine Oasis, ordering from the dog menu is required if you bring your dog. There's a wide variety of dog-only items too — not just drinks, but baked goods and snacks.

One distinctive thing about this place is that ordering a dog menu item is mandatory if you're bringing your dog!

The dog-only menu was really well put together — drinks, baked goods, snacks, all kinds of options. I wanted to buy everything, but Latte has allergies, so sadly I couldn't get any other snacks ㅠㅠ

I bought the Seoul Milk pet milk since that one was safe for her, and she gobbled it up happily haha

The dog run with reservoir-view seats

On one side of the cafe there's a fairly large dog run, which made me realize this place is genuinely dog-friendly. There's even reservoir-view seating inside the dog run, so visiting with your dog doesn't mean being stuck in a corner — you can still enjoy the gorgeous view, and I loved that so much!

Reusable-cup coffee and bakery served warm

The coffee we ordered came in a clean reusable cup. Knowing they think about the environment too made me like the place even more.

The bakery item we ordered was warmed up for us too, so it was delicious and sweet!! Awesome 👍🏼

Above all, the calm reservoir view was so lovely that my mom stood holding the baby for a long while just taking it in — watching that peaceful sight alone felt like therapy. I always thought big cafes tended to look the same, kind of factory-made. But here, the space is spacious, full of warm charm, and the Gomo Reservoir view is perfect — a dog-friendly cafe in Pocheon that's ideal for a day trip or drive. (❁´◡`❁)
