It's so nice that they have such a variety of menu items! And it's even better that they open early. Most places like this don't open for lunch, and one reason I came was that I could eat meat starting from lunchtime :)

Inside the newly opened Chobeoljip dining room

Chobeoljip Apgujeong Rodeo Branch opened not long ago, so it's really clean and hygienic. Apgujeong Rodeo's must-visit Korean BBQ restaurant, Chobeoljip, has such a clean and upscale interior too, which I loved :)

The restaurant is clean and really nice. They grill the meat themselves as a pre-grill, so it's tender and delicious :)

Table spacing and space for group dinners

The owner at Chobeoljip is friendly, and the space is wide, so it seems great for group gatherings. Each section of the space felt so different, which I loved. This particular spot was my favorite — the table spacing was wide and comfortable for chatting.

Overall, the atmosphere was so clean and upscale, and I really loved it. I love places like this, haha, so thanks to that I had a delicious meal, haha. The meat is delicious, but the space really matters too :)

Angelica-root pickles and house-made side dishes

The basic setting at Chobeoljip comes with angelica pickles, which taste amazing wrapped with the meat. The owner said he grows the angelica himself and even makes the side dishes.

They gave us so many side dishes, and eating them with the meat, they disappeared instantly haha. They paired so well and were so delicious. It felt like eating a healthy meal, haha.

I was surprised how well it paired with the meat!

There's also this slightly open space, so you can eat in a comfortable spot! :)

It looks so delicious. The portion is bigger than expected, tender, and the owner grills it for you himself!

Is Chobeoljip worth a second visit?

Chobeoljip Apgujeong Rodeo Branch was great because the owner grills the meat for you himself. And the meat is really tender with insane juiciness haha. The side dishes served alongside are fresh and pair really well with the meat, so I want to go again. If you're nearby, definitely give it a try. The space is wide, so it'd also be great for a group dinner.
