Hunting for brunch spots on weekend mornings has become a hobby of mine lately, and I found a great date-brunch galette place in Apgujeong. It's called Le Bon Goûter (르봉구떼). Let's take a look at what it's like.

Le Bon Goûter near Dosan Park: valet parking and dogs welcome?
Le Bon Goûter
Tucked into the inner part of Apgujeong's café alley, Le Bon Goûter sits right near Dosan Park. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but a really convenient spot if you're coming by car.
Valet parking here is excellent. The valet was clearly a veteran — cars kept pulling up nonstop, and he parked them all smoothly and efficiently.

After handing over the car, I looked at the storefront: brunch, coffee, wine and beer... and on top of that, dogs are welcome!
When I walked in, there was already a customer with their dog inside. If you're looking for a dog-friendly café like this, Le Bon Goûter, the galette spot in Apgujeong, is exactly it.

Inside Le Bon Goûter: open windows and terrace seats
Walking into the café, the neatly arranged tables caught my eye right away.

Further inside, there are seats facing outward. The weather was nice, so the windows were fully open — I loved that.

From those seats, you can see the terrace as well. In spring or fall, sitting out there is the best option.

The flower arrangement right at the entrance is another reason this makes a great date spot in Apgujeong.

Ordering from the galette and brunch menu
Time to look over the menu. It has photos of each dish, which makes choosing much easier.

Oh, the galettes look delicious and are the signature item, but there's also pasta and other brunch dishes.

You pay at the counter first, then they bring the food to your table once you're seated. The coffee smells great too.
It had already gotten cool out, so we ordered a hot Americano and an iced one — the coffee's quite good at this Apgujeong galette spot.

Le Bon Goûter's coffees. But is coffee all there is? Of course not.

Smoked salmon galette and focaccia sandwich
Here's the galette from this Apgujeong galette spot. The one further back in the photo is the galette, and the one in front is a brunch dish.
This is the smoked salmon galette. Salmon sits in each corner, and the top is piled high with salad — the combination was excellent.

The focaccia sandwich uses bread that seems to be baked in-house — the bread is great, and the fries that come with it are genuinely delicious.
Here's the galette. The base gives off a pancake-like feel.

The sandwich has exactly the image that comes to mind when you think brunch, and the galette had such a nice, springy texture.

Can't just keep taking photos — time to dig in. But it's nice to get one more full shot first.

This is a great spot for anyone looking for a brunch café in Apgujeong. Le Bon Goûter opens early too, so you can get your day started sooner.

From Apgujeong brunch to an evening glass of wine
It had been a while since I properly enjoyed a real brunch, and this Le Bon Goûter visit delivered. There's a lot going on nearby too — driving back out, I passed by so many trendy spots with long lines out front.

There was a uniquely shaped lamp in the planter separating the terrace from the street, so I had to snap a photo. It'll probably light up at night, and I bet the evening atmosphere is really nice too — I'm already thinking about coming back for wine. This is a place that works well for all kinds of occasions, from brunch to wine.
It was great to enjoy an Apgujeong galette spot again after a while, and everyone from the valet parking attendant to the staff was so friendly, which made this brunch café exploration at Le Bon Goûter even better.
