Bak Jeongmi Dakgalbi, a 1-minute walk from Guro Digital Complex Station

Bak Jeongmi Dakgalbi Guro Digital branch is an all-you-can-eat dakgalbi, pork belly, and chicken restaurant just 1 minute on foot from Guro Digital Complex Station. I'd walk past it and see it was a place doing dakgalbi and delicious chicken. I kept thinking I really wanted to visit, and finally stopped by one evening recently.

The single-serving chicken and dakgalbi sets seemed reasonably priced too, so I was curious about Bak Jeongmi Dakgalbi, Guro Digital station branch.

Hours are Sunday 11:30-24:00 (last order 22:00), Monday-Saturday 11:30-01:00 (last order 23:00). The address is 29 Digital-ro 32na-gil, Guro-gu, Seoul, 3rd floor Huijeon Building.

About 100 pyeong inside, with group tables for Guro work dinners

Interior of the roughly 100-pyeong restaurant
Interior of the busy all-you-can-eat dakgalbi restaurant, full of customers

This is a popular all-you-can-eat dakgalbi spot that office workers in Guro flock to after work. The place was already buzzing with plenty of customers! With about 100 pyeong of space and group seating, it's great for work dinners too, so office workers in the area already come here a lot as their go-to drinking spot. It's an open space that feels almost like being outdoors even though it's indoors.

What the 2-hour free pass at 20,500 won includes

Large self-bar at the all-you-can-eat dakgalbi restaurant

The self-bar is huge, right? A place where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat dakgalbi, chicken, pork belly, and tteokbokki. A must-visit all-you-can-eat spot near Guro Digital Complex Station!!

Price list for single-serving menu and the 2-hour free pass

They also had single-serving menus for solo dining or a light meal, plus good-value 2-person sets! Chicken neck meat starts at just ₩9,900 per serving, which felt very reasonable. There's even a lunch discount before 3pm on weekdays, bringing it down to ₩18,900 for even better value. But the most popular item seemed to be the 2-hour free pass with 7 types of meat + 2 types of chicken + drinks + fried rice. I ordered the 2-hour free pass (dakgalbi + pork belly) at ₩20,500 for two people.

Fresh wrap vegetables prepared at the self-bar

The vegetables were very fresh too. I piled my plate high.

Perilla seaweed soup and fried rice station

There's a salad section, perilla seaweed soup you can cook yourself, and even fried rice you can make — a place with everything. Whenever I eat dakgalbi I always finish with fried rice, so it was nice to find that at this all-you-can-eat spot!

Crispy fried chicken on the buffet line too

Since it's an all-you-can-eat place, I honestly didn't expect much from the chicken. But the quality was really excellent! Genuinely crispy and warm — I guess because it's a popular spot the turnover is good, so the frying stays fresh; the chicken here is a standout too.

The meat bar: salt-grilled dakgalbi, chicken neck meat and marinades

I came to the meat corner, generously stocked with dakgalbi and pork belly.

Salt-grilled dakgalbi, chicken neck meat, soy-marinated and gochujang-marinated dakgalbi — even with different taste preferences, since it's all-you-can-eat you can try everything.

Instant tteokbokki you cook at the table

I really love tteokbokki, so being able to grill dakgalbi and also make fresh tteokbokki right there was such a nice bonus at this place.

Free soft drink refills

Drinks are included in the ₩20,500 all-you-can-eat price with no extra charge, which made it even better value. There were a lot of zero-sugar options plus regular cola, which was nice. I guess since the menu is dakgalbi, zero-sugar drinks make sense.

Unlimited soju and draft beer for 2 hours at 9,900 won

Alcohol (soju + draft beer) all-you-can-drink for 2 hours at ₩9,900... truly the best price for a Guro drinking spot.

From dakgalbi to pork belly and chicken, all unlimited

Dakgalbi and pork belly grilling on the pan

From the various dakgalbi flavors to pork belly and chicken, everything is unlimited, and every single item had impressive quality. Since these are all also sold as individual dishes, the taste didn't feel like typical all-you-can-eat food — it was far better than I expected.

Thick portions of several types of dakgalbi

They brought out several types of dakgalbi in thick, generous portions. And even after finishing all that, since it's all-you-can-eat, we ordered more.

On one side of the grill dakgalbi, on the other pork belly — a place where you can really load up on protein, and I saw a lot of gym-goers here too! Seems like people come here after working out to refuel on protein. Most of the menu is fairly light, so it's easy to eat without guilt.

How do the soy and fried chicken actually taste?

There's soy chicken and fried chicken, and the quality was really great. I went back for seconds several times! The skin was crispy and the soy sauce was well absorbed — the taste was on par with any chicken brand. I understand now why it's popular even as a standalone dish.

The fried chicken was also really crispy and light. Dipped in the sweet sauce it's delicious — honestly it's hard to tell whether this is a dakgalbi place or a chicken place, since both are clearly main menu items here. It's as good as a high-end chicken restaurant.

Fresh lettuce and vegetables for wraps

There was plenty of fresh lettuce, perilla leaves, onions and more to wrap with the dakgalbi. Being able to eat as many vegetables as I wanted made this a generous all-you-can-eat spot in Guro.

Plate of onion, garlic, pickled radish and sauce

Onion, garlic, pickled radish, and sauce were all brought out generously, and I enjoyed them together.

Unlimited dakgalbi: salt-grilled versus marinated

From light salt-grilled to marinated dakgalbi you can stir-fry yourself.

Marinated dakgalbi being stir-fried on the grill

The marinated dakgalbi, well-grilled, has that smoky charred flavor and tastes great!

Thin-sliced pork belly to finish

Sliced pork belly grilling

There's even sliced pork belly, so you can enjoy this all-you-can-eat meat spot however you like. I genuinely enjoyed every single item here. Best restaurant near Guro Digital Complex Station where you can grill chicken and pork all at once — a top pick just 1 minute on foot from the station!!
