Cheese naan and kid-friendly Indian curry near Incheon Univ Station
In short
Manokamana Songdo Branch is an Indian curry restaurant near Incheon National University Station Exit 4 in Yeonsu, Incheon, popular mostly with foreign customers. Set B with added cheese naan and butter naan came with tandoori chicken and mild chicken curry, eaten with a kid in tow, and the cheese-loaded naan was the child's top pick. With a baby chair and underground parking support, it's an easy spot for family visits too.

I went to Manokamana, a Songdo Indian curry restaurant, and was surprised that 80% of the customers were foreigners~ I had a hearty meal of delicious curry made by a local chef, plus cheese, garlic, and butter naan~! Parking was easy and the portions were generous too.
Location and parking at Manokamana Songdo Branch

It's closest to Incheon National University Station Exit 4~! It's also close to Songdo Central Park, so I originally wanted to take a walk when I got there, but it was raining so I parked in the underground lot and hurried up. They also offered parking support, so it was easy.

Inside the restaurant, mostly foreign customers

The place has a strong Indian vibe, and both the staff and the person cooking looked like they were locals from India. Maybe that's why the Indian curry tasted so authentic — there were really so many foreign customers. Except for one table besides ours, every other table was foreigners.

There was a baby chair too, so there were families with kids. It was a good Songdo spot to visit as a family.
The menu board and our order

This is the menu board. There are various set menus, and we added cheese naan and butter naan to Set B~
From side dishes to tandoori chicken

The side dishes came out first~ We got onion kimchi (maybe?), jalapeños, and pickles, refreshing to eat.

The salad was sweet and refreshing too, nice to eat.

The protein came out first — Indian tandoori chicken. This Songdo Indian curry spot already passed the test with this alone!!!!

It went really well with the salad, wasn't too spicy, and the batter wasn't too thick — a good match with the Indian spices.

Since I went with my kid, I ordered the curry not spicy~ Rice + naan come as standard.
Comparing butter naan, garlic naan, and cheese naan

Usually at Indian curry places I've seen plain naan, butter naan, and garlic naan, but they had cheese naan so I ordered it excitedly. Review is below haha

The butter naan was perfectly good as a basic option, and the garlic naan was slightly light on garlic for a Korean palate haha, but still tasty.

Ah, but how do they even make this naan? It feels like a tortilla but tastes different, somehow delicious. My favorite was the butter one, a bit oily and rich, and the garlic one was clean and refreshing.

Dip it a little in the curry and it's like being in India haha. The staff being Indian too made it feel even more like the real deal.

Wow, if you like cheese, you have to order the cheese naan~ It's really loaded with cheese, almost like pizza, and dipped in the curry sauce it was so good.
Chicken curry with big chunky pieces

The pieces in the curry were also cut nice and big, making it even more enjoyable. It was a chicken curry with chicken inside.

Scoop up a big spoonful and eat it directly, and if the naan feels a bit much, eating it with rice was also a treat. (But we added so much naan that we barely ate the rice haha)

The cheese naan was the kid's top pick, so if you're on a Songdo date and like cheese, it's a must-add menu item.

It's a menu I haven't often seen at other places, so it was even more enjoyable. Ugh, looking at these photos makes me want to eat it again~

Can you tell we really scraped the plates clean?! We scraped and scraped the sauce until it was basically pre-washed. I think next time we might have to order two plates of curry.
We also had lassi. My kid usually doesn't even like yogurt drinks much, but that day it must have tasted so good, they finished a whole glass and asked for more.
Overall review
Manokamana, a great Songdo Indian curry spot for a Songdo date, is a place to stop by whenever you're craving curry in Songdo — a genuinely popular spot with foreign customers, and we ate really well there~
