I had no idea there was such a clean, pretty café in Icheon haha. The first floor has the counter, and the second floor is all seating, so it's great for working or chatting. I was editing a family vlog and looking for a quiet, tidy café, and I ran into this lucky find — a Baeksa brunch spot called Cafe Arc!
Where is Cafe Arc, and is there parking?
Cafe Arc is located at 67 Cheongbaengni-ro, Baeksa-myeon, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. It's an easy walk for anyone living nearby, but we drove there.

There's a fairly large parking lot behind the café. Parking was easy even though we drove, which was nice^^

It's a beautiful café even from the outside. My expectations were already high before I even went in.

First floor: order counter and bread display
The first floor of Cafe Arc has a bread display and one big table. This is also where you order drinks!

Let's go up to the second floor.

Second-floor window seats: why Cafe Arc is good for laptop work
The second floor of Cafe Arc is seating only, and all the tables are large enough for laptop work. What I liked about the upstairs seating was that the tables are all so big there's plenty of room for drinks and bread together, no crowding at all ㅠㅠ It seems great for anyone doing homework, and there's enough distance between tables that chatting feels a bit more comfortable too.

I was surprised at how spacious and comfortable the second floor is. The air conditioning was nice and cool too, which made it even more pleasant. On top of that, there are floor-to-ceiling windows so you can see the green outside at a glance! The café's landscaping outside is well kept. Looking through the window, you can see the sky through the green trees.

Sitting in the café, I watched the sun go down — the big windows make the sunset look great too, so it's a perfect spot for some healing.
Curtained group seats at Cafe Arc need 3 or more people
Inside the curtain there's group seating, so if you visit with several people you can enjoy a more private space. We wanted to use the seats behind the curtain too, but they're only for groups of 3 or more, so we settled for a spot in the main hall instead — a bit of a letdown. Still, the view was nice and it felt open and cool, so the main hall was satisfying in its own way.

The seat right next to the curtain is also tucked away in a corner, perfect for quiet conversation or for watching outside through the big windows. Other guests were quietly chatting or working on their own, so the whole place has a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Apparently the upstairs can also handle group gatherings of 4 to 20 people, so it's really a versatile café.
On one side there are water cups, water, and some simple plates and utensils. You don't have to go all the way downstairs to get tableware haha.

Looking around, the café owner and I seem to like a lot of the same things, which somehow made me feel even more of a connection~~
Milk tea, vanilla latte and the bakery we ordered
At Cafe Arc we ordered vanilla latte and milk tea. There's a wide variety of drinks prepared too.
- Vanilla latte
- Milk tea

As you'd expect from an Icheon bakery café, there's a good variety of bread you can pick up and load onto your tray.

There's a wide variety of bread, and it leans toward plainer, less-sweet breads, which suits my taste even more~

We didn't order any, but there's also a huge selection of delicious-looking brunch dishes! Coming for brunch at lunchtime seems like it would be really good.

For our bakery order we got salt bread, cream salt bread, cookies, and lemon pound cake.

Once we piled everything onto a tray, it looked so delicious ㅠㅠ Especially the combination of soft salt bread and fresh cream — how could that not be good?

The milk tea wasn't too sweet either, just the right amount of sweetness with a nice fragrance — really delicious! Savoring it slowly with the bread felt refreshing even with the lingering warmth in the weather haha.

The bread was really soft too, and eating a bite at a time while working made the time fly by haha. If you want sweet drinks and bread for a gathering or for getting work done, give this Icheon bakery café, Cafe Arc, a visit!
