I arrived early in the morning and they were baking ciabatta right then — you just can't resist freshly baked bread haha 😆

There were so many dessert breads too, so I made a mental note to eat brunch first and then come back for more (determination) hahahaha Hands really is delicious.

Among the cafés there, Hands Coffee Dongchon Resort Branch is always a great choice with its spacious, clean interior and comfortable atmosphere. The inside is pleasant and the seats are generously spaced, so it's perfect for anyone looking for a big Daegu café :)

The hearty, generous 'Hands House Brunch'

Contents: soft, mild ciabatta bread, smooth scrambled eggs, juicy sausage with a satisfying bite, potato salad, and fresh salad with a tangy dressing. The 'Hands House Brunch' I ordered this time looked delicious right from the start. The plate was so full it easily worked as a filling meal.

The ICED Whipped Cream Cappuccino, sugar syrup optional

(can be ordered without sugar syrup) I ordered the whipped cream cappuccino to go with the brunch. Rich, smooth cream topped with plenty of cinnamon powder gives off a fragrant aroma that fills your mouth. The savory brunch paired with the sweet-bitter cappuccino was a fantastic combination...

Whipped cream cappuccino / Dutch Mélange highly recommended..⭐️ It's made with dairy cream so it tastes even richer.

Especially good was piling potato salad and scrambled eggs on top of the ciabatta, crispy outside and soft inside — the combination was truly excellent. The sausage that came with it also had a great chewy bite! Maybe because it was freshly baked, it tasted even better.. 🖤🖤

If you're looking for a Dong-gu brunch spot with all three: delicious brunch, fragrant coffee, and a relaxed atmosphere, I highly recommend stopping by! And the staff were so kind, which put me in a great mood!
