Ansan taco restaurant for all-meat fajitas: The Taco Booth
In short
The Taco Booth Ansan Gojan Branch is a casual taco restaurant in Ansan, Gyeonggi. We shared an all-meat fajita for 49,500 won at Sunday lunch, wrapping five proteins, grilled vegetables, cilantro, and sauces in tortillas. A filling, fun date meal.

My boyfriend and I visited The Taco Booth Ansan Gojan Branch in Gojan-dong, Ansan. It has the feel of a casual American taco bar, with a nice atmosphere and a wide-ranging menu from tacos to salads, so it was great for a date 🌮

Location near Gojan-dong 25-Hour Plaza and the visit atmosphere

The Taco Booth Ansan Gojan Branch is near Gojan-dong 25-Hour Plaza and the Suwon District Court. We visited around 12:30 p.m. on a Sunday and got in right away with no real wait. There were so many customers picking up takeout, and there were couples on dates like us too 👍
A casual American taco bar atmosphere

The first thing you notice when you walk in is that casual American taco bar atmosphere!

Colorful props and interior details give the whole place a stylish feel 🌮

It is not a huge place, with about seven tables. But the compact size actually made the atmosphere feel even nicer. This is the overall vibe! It was not overly noisy either, so it was perfect for a relaxed date with my boyfriend 👍

There is a mini bar on one side too!

You can pick up any utensils and sauces you need at the self-service bar.
A varied menu, from tacos to cocktails

The menu is honestly much more varied than I expected. Along with tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, there are poke bowls and salads too, so there are plenty of choices whether you want a light meal or something more filling.

There is also a great variety of drinks, from highballs to cocktails, plus lots of easy sides to go with them, so it seemed like a nice spot to come for a drink in the evening too.

We ordered the signature All-Meat Fajita (₩49,500), which lets you try several kinds of meat at once. We ran short on tortillas while eating, so we added seven more tortillas (₩3,000) too.
Five kinds of meat in the All-Meat Fajita

Finally, the All-Meat Fajita arrived! A generous amount of steak, pulled pork, chicken, shrimp, and ground pork came on one hot plate. It also included grilled vegetables like green beans, tomatoes, and onions.

Best of all, because it came on a hot plate, we could eat it warm the whole time. The portion was so generous that it filled the two of us up 👍

Since there were so many kinds of meat, it was fun picking and trying each one. The beef steak was tender without any chewy toughness, and the shrimp were big and springy! The pulled pork, chicken, and ground pork were each seasoned a little differently too, so even in the same tortilla, the flavor changed depending on which meat you added.

There was a pretty wide variety of sauces too. From my favorite Holy Moly guacamole 🥑 to a sauce with a kick somewhere between wasabi and mustard, a soy-mayo-style sauce, and a sweet sauce!

And something I was very happy to see... cilantro came as standard, haha. My boyfriend does not like cilantro, so almost all of the portion that came with the meal was mine 😋 It costs extra to add more, but the standard amount was plenty for me.

They even provide disposable plastic gloves, so now it was time to make neat little wraps with whatever combinations we wanted.

Pile on the meat and grilled vegetables, then add guacamole and cilantro however you like! I especially liked the texture of the tortillas here. They were not dry or quick to dry out; they were moist and pleasantly chewy, so everything came together really well.

There are so many combinations from the meats to the sauces, which makes building your own wraps fun.

And then there were the unexpected fried corn bites! It was my first time trying this kind of fried snack, and after one bite I was making a huge fuss about how good they were, haha. I found out they are sold as a separate item too, so I want to order them on their own next time.

As we kept diligently making wraps, we eventually ran out of tortillas first, haha. So we added seven for ₩3,000! There is plenty of meat and vegetables, so I think adding tortillas is a good idea!
