Seocho café with Mocha Blend and free printing: Selecto Coffee

I go to Sinnonhyeon in Gangnam fairly often for meetups or errands. This time, I stopped by Selecto Coffee Sinnonhyeon Branch to have a coffee and fill up with something light. From outside, it plainly said OPEN 24 HOURS. There are plenty of cafés open late these days, but truly 24-hour places are harder to find than you might think, so I loved being able to walk in without watching the clock.

A spacious, clean seating area

The café is spacious and clean.. There are window bar seats, plus a partitioned area farther inside, so it would be a great place to come with a group too!!

Bright sunlight pours in, and the tables are nicely spaced out, so it was also a good spot to take a quick break over a cup of coffee.

It seems especially useful for anyone looking for a café near Sinnonhyeon Station late at night or early in the morning. And the thing that caught my eye at Selecto Coffee was, of course, the coffee!

Which beans can you choose for an Americano?

When you order an Americano, you can choose from five beans. They had Mocha Blend, Blue Mountain Blend, Hwasa Ethiopia Blend, Geisha Blend, and decaf.

Usually, an Americano comes with just one kind of bean, but here you can pick according to your taste, so coffee lovers might have fun trying them one by one. I also liked that you can choose based on whether you prefer a rich, full-bodied coffee or something with more acidity.

There were several kinds of cake, from sweet desserts like tiramisu, Camembert cheese mousse, and gâteau chocolat to breads that go nicely with coffee, such as bagels and salt bread.

When you want a quick meal, go for a sandwich; when you’re craving something sweet with coffee, go for cake!

Geisha and Mocha Blends with a smoked salmon sandwich

We ordered Geisha Blend and Mocha Blend iced Americanos.. The Geisha Blend had a relatively clean first taste with a subtle freshness, which made it nice and refreshing to drink. The Mocha Blend, compared with the Geisha,

felt a little richer and fuller-bodied! Its nutty, pleasantly bitter coffee flavor came through well, and I liked this one too. It was nice sharing sips of each, haha.

Smoked salmon sandwich ₩8,500

It is generously filled with salmon, along with crisp vegetables and tomato.. The salmon was so tender. Seriously delicious. The salty, soft smoked salmon with all that crisp veg made it really satisfying..

Especially with a rich Americano, this pairing was so good~
