Where is Hyangtaek Seongseo Keimyung University Branch, and when is it open?

Hyangtaek Seongseo Keimyung University Branch is located at 71 Hosan-dongno 35bukgil, Dalseo-gu, Daegu, South Korea, 1F (Hosan-dong 370, Dalseo-gu, Daegu). It's 332m from Kangchang Station Exit 5, near Miraenae Park, right across from the main gate of Keimyung University's Seongseo campus.

It's about a 5-minute walk from Kangchang Station Exit 5, and also about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop across from Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital. If you cross via the crosswalk on the main road near the south gate student parking lot of Keimyung University's Seongseo campus, you'll be closer to the restaurant~ ^^

Ordering samchi gondre rice and the mushroom platter at Hyangtaek

Here's the menu~! Bbangi (the writer) and Bread Father ordered the mackerel gondre rice and the mushroom pancake platter.

Mackerel gondre rice: a light rice bowl with grilled mackerel, fragrant gondre herb, and braised mushrooms. Mushroom pancake platter: a light, savory pancake of assorted fragrant mushrooms fried until golden — that's how the menu described it. The descriptions were so detailed, haha, it got me really excited!

Following the eating instructions on the table makes it even more delicious, haha.

Gopchang gim, jeotgal (salted seafood), sauces and more came out, haha.

How does Hyangtaek's table for two taste?

Two bowls of mackerel gondre rice and the mushroom platter arrived. Haha, the table looked so hearty and full, I loved it.

So many mushrooms piled on, doesn't it look even more delicious? Haha.

The mackerel is boneless, so mixing it with the gondre makes for a really tasty bite, haha.

Eating it together with the mushroom pancake is extremely satisfying!!

I mixed up the mackerel gondre rice nicely and dug in.

It's delicious wrapped in gopchang gim, and also great eaten with the jeotgal!

After eating well, Bbangi took a Bbanggnicheo (Bbangi's own selfie style).
