Siheung Premium Outlets' famous restaurant Pyeongi Dambaek's perilla oil kalguksu is seriously good. It was shockingly delicious, this perilla oil kalguksu <<limited to 30 servings of suyuk>> tender pork jowl (gabrisal) suyuk set, ₩19,000.

I hadn't been able to exercise properly because of an injury issue, so my stress had built up to the max without me even realizing it. ㅠ.ㅠ Everyone, how grateful should we be that we can just... exercise!! Hahaha. So my inner walking instinct crept up on me, and I walked all the way to Shinsegae Siheung Premium Outlets! Since it was a weekday there was no traffic, and the outlets were so quiet! It was strange seeing a completely different scene from the weekend!

Why order perilla oil kalguksu instead of Pyeongi Dambaek's famous bone kalguksu?

Pyeongi Dambaek is famous for bone kalguksu, but my friends said the perilla oil kalguksu was so good, so I tried it. Wow, I could really understand why they recommended it. Even while eating it I was already thinking, when can I come back and eat this again?????? Hahaha.

First of all, doesn't it look pretty too? And it's even more delicious than it looks!!!!

The pork jowl suyuk set with kimchi and pepper banchan

Since it's the pork jowl suyuk set, pork jowl suyuk (boiled pork) came along too, and above all, the kimchi banchan and pepper banchan were so delicious I kept marveling over and over while eating!!!

Wow, I assumed the kalguksu would obviously be hot, but it was actually cold and chewy, and it was so good ㅠ.ㅠ!!!!!

And when you mix in a spoonful of rice along with the perilla oil meat topping, you get a totally different kind of deliciousness than eating rice with mazesoba. It's seriously so good!!!

The pork jowl suyuk portion was small so I was a little sad ㅠ.ㅠ, but it was still super delicious ㋡ ㋡ hahaha. Between breakfast and lunch, all I'd had was two potatoes and a small yogurt, so I was starving? And on top of that I walked all the way to Shinsegae Premium Outlets,,

Ah, it's really beautiful,, looking at it again just makes my mouth water,,,♡ The nutty yet refreshing flavor is top-tier ㅠㅠㅠ

The kimchi was seriously so good,, not that common kimchi you get at just any restaurant, you know? It had almost that fresh taste of kimchi right after making a big batch of kimjang (winter kimchi)!!!? Above all I loved that it came out as such a neat, well-arranged table setting ❣️❣️

Meat, scallions, seaweed, sesame seeds.. perilla oil. Everything was absolute perfection. And the chewy, springy kalguksu noodles..♡

Why Pyeongi Dambaek over Outback and Shake Shack at the outlet mall

How on earth is this flavor even possible. If you're looking for a good restaurant at Shinsegae Siheung Premium Outlets, there are plenty of great places like Outback and Shake Shack in the mall, but don't hesitate, just try this — it's seriously good!! And as the weather gets chillier, I feel like Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu's stock is about to rise,, but even so, this perilla oil kalguksu is seriously the best!!!!
