Wanting to enjoy some weekday freedom, I took a day off and went on a brunch date with my mom for the first time in a while. We zipped over to 37.5 Signature Mia Branch, which is close to home. It satisfied me on both atmosphere and taste — I think it's worth a visit at least once!
Where is 37.5 Signature Mia Branch, and how do you walk there from Gireum Station?
37.5 Signature Mia Branch is right near Hyundai Department Store Mia branch, an 8-minute walk from Exit 9 of Gireum Station on Line 4. You can get there by subway or bus.

Since there's a bus that goes straight to the front of Hyundai Department Store Mia branch, I took bus 121. By bus: 121, 1113, Seongbuk09.
The all-glass storefront you can spot from down the street

The exterior, covered edge-to-edge in glass, felt sleek, and the interior glowed softly from outside, making it look even cleaner. It's listed as basement level 1, but since the building sits on sloped, elevated terrain, it actually feels as open as a ground floor.
Inside 37.5 Signature Mia Branch: sunlit seats and an unhurried mood

Maybe because it was a weekday morning, most guests were leisurely enjoying brunch. The spacious, comfortable interior has 10 tables ranging from 4-seat to 6-seat. With apartment complexes and shops nearby, it also looks great for family outings or gatherings. Bright, warm sunlight — with the huge window at the center of the interior, every seat gets to enjoy the light, which I really loved.

So clean and tidy ⟡⟡ After booking through Naver for 11am, we were shown to a neatly set table.
What's on the menu: brunch plates, pasta, pizza and lasagna

What should we get~ I liked how the menu spans brunch, pasta, pizza, and lasagna, plus drinks and alcohol to fit any mood. The food was truly delicious, but the drinks and coffee we ordered alongside were also so good that it made everything even more satisfying haha. It'd be a great place to sip brunch and coffee while chatting casually with a friend too!

Ordering was all done through the tablet kiosk on the table!

On the day I visited, they were running a receipt review event! After writing the review, I got to enjoy an iced Americano too.
Cheongyang anchovy oil pasta, 18,900 won: deep anchovy flavor in a light oil sauce

This is the cheongyang anchovy oil pasta my mom picked! You can taste the salty, deep flavor of the anchovies, and it's packed with spice and umami — the light, spicy peperoncino oil sauce was loaded with thick garlic and plump shrimp, with bites of fragrant arugula adding another layer. The gentle spiciness and rich umami came together so well that I never got tired of it until the last bite, truly delicious.
Spicy pesce pasta, 20,900 won: mussel-packed, clean-tasting tomato broth

And then, the truly delicious spicy pesce pasta! I want to eat it again even as I'm writing this post — the tomato broth, layered with deep seafood umami and a bright tang, was much richer and fuller-flavored than I expected!
It's the kind of flavor that clears your whole system!
With plenty of mussels packed in, the broth was both spicy and refreshing, and with the sharp kick of peperoncino added, I scraped the bowl clean without any heaviness at all!
House Caesar salad, 9,900 won: rich cheese and salty bacon

The Caesar salad, which paired well with the pasta, tasted really upscale. Fresh vegetables tossed generously with Caesar dressing were topped with plenty of almonds, bacon, and cheese — a hearty salad that was great to dig into.
Grapefruit ade and iced Americano at 37.5 Signature Mia Branch

The drink menu is delicious too, great to enjoy alongside brunch! The grapefruit ade we ordered had the deep flavor of real grapefruit shining through. The tangy juice and cool fizz paired well with the Western dishes. With real grapefruit flavor rather than artificial sweetness, it felt even more upscale. The iced Americano, made with freshly pulled espresso, had a deep, nutty flavor that went great with the brunch menu.
If you're looking for a great brunch spot near Gireum Station, I recommend giving 37.5 Signature Mia Branch, with its lovely atmosphere and Western/brunch menu, a try at least once!
