Hi, this is Tofu! My hair has been feeling frizzy and breaking lately, so I went to get a clinic treatment for the first time in a while. Today I visited a Haeundae hair salon, Drapore Haeundae Jung-dong Branch.

Drapore Haeundae Jung-dong Branch is on the 1st floor of Central Medi Tower, 505 Jwadong-sunhwallo, Haeundae-gu, Busan, and it's open from 10:00 to 19:00. Free parking is available in the underground lot.
Valet parking is also available in the underground lot. It's right near Exit 7 of Jung-dong Station and next to E-mart, so accessibility is great.
When I look for a Haeundae hair salon, accessibility and parking matter a lot to me, and on that front, this place passes with flying colors!
There were salons on both the left and right, so I wondered which entrance to use, but both are run by Drapore. Once inside, the overall vibe was clean and comfortable.

Clinic treatments can make shampoo time run long, and instead of just lying there, having the massage chair running made the whole thing so much more comfortable. If your neck or shoulders usually get uncomfortable during a salon shampoo, this detail alone will be pretty satisfying.

My hair was a total disaster lol. From repeated perming, the ends had gotten really dry and frizzy — some strands were even splitting into 4 or 5 like tree branches. It was bad enough that I wondered what to even do, but I really wanted to keep my perm. The director recommended the Hoyu Clinic, so I went with it. Since my hair is long, it was ₩99,000!!
How the Hoyu 3-Step Clinic works, step by step

Since my hair is long, there's more volume and length, so it takes time to apply the treatment. Another staff member joined in to help apply it.
I was impressed how they sectioned the hair little by little to make sure no part, even the very ends, was missed.
Now, waiting time! A steam machine gently applies heat so the clinic ingredients can soak into the hair.
They gave me coffee and a snack while I waited, but the chair and table were so far apart I couldn't reach them..
They also have a prepaid membership package, so I snapped a photo of it.
After about 15 minutes, they carefully applied the clinic product to my hair again.
At the end, there was one more step using a machine to further care for the hair. With one more pass of heat from a flat iron for finishing the texture, that was it! Since my hair is long, it took about 50 minutes total — time to reveal the results!
Long hair before and after the Hoyu 3-Step Clinic
The biggest change after the Hoyu 3-Step Clinic was in combing. Before the clinic, my wet hair used to tangle and the ends felt frizzy, but after the treatment, my hair felt calm and settled. Especially satisfying was that nothing caught when I ran my hand through it!
If you're keeping your hair long, the longer it gets, the more attention the ends need, so pairing home care with periodic professional treatments seems like a good idea.

With long hair, there's more volume and the ends need a lot of attention, so I really liked how thoroughly they carried out the clinic. I also loved that the shampoo room had a massage chair, letting me relax comfortably during the shampoo. If you need long-hair care or are looking for a Haeundae hair salon where you can get a comfortable clinic treatment, I recommend Drapore!
Oh, and today I was taken care of by the head director herself. She mentioned they run extra discounts for Naver reservations or writing a Naver review. If you're planning to visit, I'd recommend booking through Naver in advance to grab that discount. They said they specialize in men's cuts too, so I'm thinking of bringing my husband next time.
