If you're looking for a solo-dining spot near Gangnam Station, I want to recommend Daily Fix. My husband loves burgers so much that's how we found this Gangnam burger spot, and this time we visited Daily Fix, also known as a lunch spot near Yeoksam Station. 🍔🧡

This place is known as the burger spot that Davichi's Kang Min-kyung and Tzuyang raved about, and I heard it placed 2nd in the Korea Burger Championship by just 0.02 points, so I was curious even before visiting. I went in wondering just how good it could be 🤍

What Daily Fix Gangnam Main Branch looks like inside and out

Daily Fix Gangnam Main Branch has an exterior with an eye-catching yellow awning. The first thing that caught my eye when I arrived was that yellow awning. Once you spot it, you just know — ah, this is Daily Fix! — that kind of instantly recognizable exterior haha 💛

Inside, the space is split between the 1st and 2nd floors, so there was more room to eat than I expected. The interior centers on wood tones with yellow accents, giving it a warm yet casual feel. It seemed like a comfortable place for anyone dropping by for solo dining near Gangnam Station or lunch near Yeoksam Station.

On one side of the store there was a spot set up with water, tissues, wet wipes, pickles, and more. It was convenient to grab what you needed yourself, and there was even a spot where you could take a blanket. That kind of thoughtful detail really won me over.

After some back and forth, we ordered a bacon cheeseburger, a patty melt, and onion rings as a side. 🙂 Since you can add a drink and fries to a burger, we upgraded ours to a set!

How is the bacon cheeseburger at Daily Fix?

First up, the bacon cheeseburger that Kang Min-kyung recommended! With the burger, fries, and drink all laid out together, it looked pretty appetizing right from the start. 🧡 Especially with all that bacon packed in — so satisfying! If you love bacon, this is a visual you can't help but be drawn to...🫢

Taking a bite, the salty savoriness of the bacon blended nicely with the rich flavor of the cheese. With both the patty and bacon in there together, it had a really hearty flavor, and the burger itself was substantial enough to work as a full meal. 🍔👍🏻

What does the patty melt taste like?

Next up was the patty melt I ordered! Since it's a menu item where the meat patty, cheese, and bread combine well, I was curious and gave it a try. 👀

The savory, juicy flavor of the patty blended smoothly with the added cheese. Rather than feeling like it had a lot of bold flavors piled on, it was more about enjoying the patty and cheese front and center. 🙂 I'd personally recommend the patty melt too, if you're into this style of burger!

Onion rings and sauces at Daily Fix

And then the onion rings we ordered as a side! 🧅 We dipped the crispy fried onion rings into the sauce, and eating them with the sauce brought out more flavor than eating them plain. The sauce had a slight kick of spice that cut through any greasiness. In between bites of the burger, having an onion ring here and there made for a combo I kept reaching for haha

Is Daily Fix Gangnam worth a visit?

Today I enjoyed a great meal at Daily Fix with the bacon cheeseburger, patty melt, and onion rings. 😀 With a track record of placing 2nd at the Korea Burger Championship and being the burger spot that Tzuyang and Kang Min-kyung raved about, I was curious, and visiting in person confirmed it's a place where you can enjoy a wide variety of burgers and sides. The bacon cheeseburger stood out especially for being packed with bacon, and I'd recommend the patty melt to anyone who loves the combo of patty and cheese.
