Iberico black label and pork special cuts, explained
The first thing that caught my eye walking in was the aging fridge! Dwaeji Gongbang's specialty is that it focuses on Iberico black label pork and special cuts. Getting to taste parts you don't usually encounter — as a meat maniac, this place is basically heaven for me.

The interior has a clean design and spacious tables, so you can enjoy your meal comfortably. 👍👍

What comes on the 500g mixed half platter for 49,000 won
Looking at the menu, it was thoughtfully organized — from Iberico black label cuts like thick pork neck and rib meat, to special cuts like jowl and gabriral. When you can't decide what to order, a mixed platter is always the answer, right?
We picked the mixed half platter (500g, ₩49,000), which lets you try thick pork neck, rib meat, jowl, and gabriral all at once.

The basic table setting was arranged neatly on the round table. Right in the middle of the grill sat the special hairtail-innard sauce that simmers gently, along with garlic.

Finally, the main event — the raw meat platter — arrived, laid out neatly on a wooden board!
Wow... the moment it came out, the vivid red freshness of the meat and the beautiful marbling made me gasp.

We grilled and ate them in this order: thick pork neck, gabriral, rib meat, then jowl.
Truly tender and delicious. 👍👍

The owner's four recommended ways to eat the pork
Four combo tips the Dwaeji Gongbang owner recommends for eating it deliciously!
- Dip the meat fully into the special hairtail-innard sauce that bubbles away on the grill
- Grill white kimchi on the pan together with the meat and wrap it together
- Dunk plenty of meat in the pickled chili strip broth and enjoy it with the strips
- Pair it with pickled garlic scapes for a refreshing bite

I tried all the combos above myself — you really should try them this way. So, so good. 👍👍

Free spicy soft tofu stew at every table
And then there's the spicy soft tofu stew served at every table — the quality is not what you'd expect from a free side dish at all... it even had egg in it and was absolutely delicious. ☺️

Check the Naver Place coupon before you go
Before visiting, I searched 'Dwaeji Gongbang Bucheon Okgil-dong Main Branch' on Naver Map, and the coupon benefits you can download and use in-store were genuinely diverse. Starting with the free tofu stew coupon given to every table, there was a birthday coupon worth ₩20,000 for free beef tartare, and soju/beer coupons usable on weekdays before 6pm — the benefits were really solid. There was even a dedicated thank-you coupon just for police officers, which made me feel the owner's warm thoughtfulness. If you're planning to visit, make sure to check Naver Place beforehand and thoroughly download whatever coupons are usable that day.
If you want to spend a fun time with delicious meat, I strongly recommend 'Dwaeji Gongbang,' a must-visit restaurant in Okgil-dong, Bucheon. Dive right into the chewy texture and juicy charm of these special cuts.
