Pork soup before trains at Busan Station Korean restaurant: Yeongdong
In short
Yeongdong Milmyeon & Dwaeji Gukbap Busan Station Branch is a Korean restaurant in Dong-gu, Busan, near Busan Station. I ordered the ₩13,000 suyuk baekban and ₩7,000 dumplings, and loved the clear, piping-hot broth and generous thick slices of pork. Verdict: a filling meal I’d happily return for before or after a train ride.

A two-minute walk from Busan Station, perfect for a meal before or after your train

It’s at Suites 210 and 211, 7-8 Jungang-daero 214beon-gil, Dong-gu, Busan, near Busan Station Exit 6. It is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., with last orders at 8:10 p.m. Paid parking is available, and local currency is accepted too.

Today I visited Yeongdong Milmyeon & Dwaeji Gukbap Busan Station Branch, a great spot for gukbap (rice in pork soup) and milmyeon (Busan-style wheat noodles), just a two-minute walk from Busan Station!! It’s close to Busan Station subway stop and the KTX platforms, so it’s such a good Busan restaurant for a meal before or after catching a train.
Parking is available 🚘 It’s ₩2,000 for the first 30 minutes, then ₩2,000 for every additional 30 minutes, with a maximum of ₩4,000.

Yeongdong Milmyeon & Dwaeji Gukbap Busan Station Branch is on the second floor, and there’s even space by the door to store your suitcase, so travelers can eat comfortably.

There are spaces for eating alone as well as group tables, making this a great Busan spot for lunch on a group, family, or friends’ trip—or for a glass of soju at dinner!! High chairs are ready too, so it seems like a nice choice for families traveling with little ones haha.
What I ordered: suyuk baekban and dumplings
Menu

- Suyuk baekban (boiled pork set meal) ₩13,000
- Dumplings ₩7,000
- Drinks ₩2,000
They also have mul milmyeon (cold broth wheat noodles), bibim milmyeon (spicy mixed wheat noodles), dwaeji gukbap, sundae gukbap (blood sausage soup with rice), and suyuk (boiled pork). The prices are not overly expensive, so this is a good-value gukbap spot near Busan Station.

The basic side dishes were ssamjang (savory dipping paste), kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi), kimchi, dried shredded radish, sauce, chives, pickled radish, chili peppers, garlic, lettuce, and onions. The kkakdugi and dried radish were sooo good haha.

Suyuk baekban with clear, piping-hot broth
Today’s main dish, the suyuk baekban, is here!! It came out almost as soon as I ordered, which was great because I could eat without waiting. Hehe 🤍 I was sooo hungry after coming all the way to Busan...

Such a delicious suyuk baekban... The broth was clear and piping hot, which I absolutely loved. Totally recommend it to anyone who likes clear broth!! ☺️☺️ The pork comes separately, and there was a seriously generous amount, sliced nice and thick, so it was a really filling meal. This suyuk baekban was totally my style 😊🤍

Meat dumplings in a boiled-dumpling style with the gukbap
Meat dumplings in a boiled-dumpling style!! You know gukbap and dumplings are such a perfect combo. Even after gukbap, there’s always a separate stomach for dumplings—and another one for dessert haha. Next time I’ll come to Yeongdong Milmyeon & Dwaeji Gukbap Busan Station Branch and have milmyeon with dumplings~~ I’ll be back again soon haha 🤍

Because the pieces of pork were big, they were sooo tasty topped with kimchi and dried radish lol!! There wasn’t even a hint of gaminess, and the pork was tender and beautifully boiled!! When I come to Busan from now on, I’m planning to become a regular at Yeongdong Milmyeon & Dwaeji Gukbap Busan Station Branch!!! ❤️ I was full and ate so deliciously—mood lifted!! It really feels like a local Busan favorite, hehe.
