Along with Korean beef barbecue, Marblejeong has easy lunch dishes such as galbitang (beef short-rib soup), yukhoe bibimbap (raw beef mixed rice), and chadol doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew with beef brisket). It is an easy place for office workers to get to and enjoy at lunchtime, haha.

It really must be a great top-grade Korean beef spot. The walls are full of celebrity signatures. They allow corkage too, so next time I want to bring a bottle of red wine. With both parking and corkage, it is perfect for a gathering around Seongsu-dong, Seoul Forest, and Ttukseom Station.

It feels like it completely changes your impression of a Korean barbecue restaurant, hehe. It has the atmosphere of a truly upscale restaurant~~~ There was no smoke or smell either, haha. There are partitioned rooms too, making this a great Seoul private-room restaurant for quietly grilling and enjoying meat together.

In the middle of the dining room is a fresh vegetable bar that you can use yourself. At a glance, everything looked so fresh~~~~ A wide variety of vegetables was prepared in fresh condition. I love protein so, so much, but I also absolutely love vegetables and salads, so I was very satisfied with this.

Looking at the storage room where the meat was wet-aged, the beef marbling was incredible. My mouth is watering! And a glass of Asahi draft beer for the review event, hahaha, I love it so, so much hahahahaha.

The side dishes, including salad, always fill the table. Especially, there are lots of vegetables. There are ssam (wrap vegetables), salad, and seasoned vegetables!! With so many vegetables, the meat feels less heavy, haha. The meat looked so, so good! The Korean beef selection included top-grade sirloin, salchisal (chuck flap), and chadolbagi (thin-sliced brisket)~~~~~

The king oyster mushroom stamped with Marblejeong’s fire logo makes me trust the meat. The meat even came out wearing Marblejeong name tags~~~~ Chadolbagi, sirloin, and salchisal. They grill absolutely everything so you can enjoy the beef at its best—awesome. The ultimate place for gatherings and company dinners!!!!!

The sirloin was so nutty, hahahaha. Just dip it in a little Maldon salt and it is amazing. Fresh wasabi cleans up your palate. The mushroom with perilla-leaf pesto was insanely delicious~~~~ They go so well together, hahaha.

The instant you put perfectly medium-rare Korean beef in your mouth, the juices burst out—pop, pop, pop~~~ Like fireworks going off, pop, pop, pop~~~ I tried it in turn with salt, wasabi shiitake, fresh wasabi, and perilla-leaf pesto, haha. Salt is delicious in its own way, and wasabi shiitake is delicious in its own way too. It is a flavor you can only understand by trying it!!!! Whatever you imagine, it tastes far better than that. The grill pulls in the air, so it was wonderfully clean with no smell or smoke~~~~

If you write a review, they give you Häagen-Dazs ice cream too. This was my first time seeing a place give Häagen-Dazs ice cream for a review. My favorite, Häagen-Dazs pistachio,,,,♡ There is also a diaper changing station for babies in the restroom. Their thoughtful service for customers really stands out.

Even though I had clearly grilled and eaten meat, it was so nice that my clothes did not smell like meat afterward. I definitely want to revisit ♡♡♡♡♡ The meat is delicious, the service is good, and the atmosphere is great~~~ I highly recommend it as a place for a family meal.
