A return visit to Brivite Seongsu, a pasta restaurant in Seongsu

Today, I was looking for delicious pasta in Seongsu and ended up at Brivite Seongsu!! This is actually my second visit! I remembered how good it was the first time, so I came back!!💕

Brivite Seongsu is close to Exit 4 of Ttukseom Station! Its pink exterior really catches your eye in a Seongsu alley, and it has such a clean atmosphere!! You can tell from the outside that it is a stylish Italian restaurant!!💕 I think the relaxed setting would be great for a date or even a blind date!!

I made a reservation in advance! There are quite a lot of spacious seats, but if a place takes reservations, I still prefer to book before visiting!^^

There is also a waiting machine by the entrance when you come in! Just keep in mind that everyone in your party has to arrive before you can be seated^^!

Brivite Seongsu feels warm and cozy overall! The wood-tone furniture and warmly styled interior work together so well that it feels very comfortable for a meal!! haha The tables are spaced nicely for eating and chatting, and everything feels clean and tidy! I visited not long after opening, but so many people came in after me!

The menu we switched into a set

Once seated, you can look over the menu and order! There are set menus as well as lots of individual dishes, and I ordered the popular scallion cream corn gnocchi, rabbit pasta, and spicy fried eggplant!!

If you shake the bell set out at the table, a staff member comes over to help with your order! They told us the set menu would be less expensive and changed our order into a set for us!

The cute little decorations made it feel comfortable rather than overly formal or heavy like some restaurants!! haha A great Seongsu pasta spot to enjoy casually💛

While waiting for the food, you can pick up pickles and water from the self-service bar!! haha The self-service bar was very clean too!👍

Hot, spicy fried eggplant

The spicy fried eggplant we ordered first came out! It had just been fried, so it was incredibly hot!! Be careful when you eat it!!!⭐️⭐️

We brought it onto a plate and cut one in half, and the eggplant juices were still there!!! That means it was really, really hot, right??? And the coating was so crispy and delicious!! Dip it right into the chipotle sauce that comes with it—spicy and crunchy, the fried eggplant was so good, so you absolutely have to order it👍💛

Signature scallion cream corn gnocchi

Brivite Seongsu's signature dish!!! Scallion cream corn gnocchi💛 It is made with house-made gnocchi, scallion cream, corn, and thick-cut bacon! The gnocchi are crispy and chewy outside, while soft inside! Dip them into the rich, smooth cream sauce and they are so, so delicious!!👍 The sweetness of the corn and the crisp-outside, soft-inside gnocchi are a perfect match!!

Rabbit pasta I ordered for the look

And then there was the rabbit pasta that caught my eye!! Unlike ordinary pasta, it comes with an adorable rabbit shape. It is plated with the sauce, which makes the cute rabbit shape stand out even more and look so pretty💛 That rabbit doll is given to the first arrivals!! haha

The rabbit shape is so cute whether you look at it up close or photograph the whole plate!! It is a slightly spicy tomato pasta! I ordered it purely for the visuals!! hahaha But it is quite tasty too 👍 That rabbit shape is mozzarella cheese!! hahaha It is such a special, fun pasta that I think it would be great to order at least one! It would feel a little empty without it, hahaha

Everything was so delicious, and next time I want to try the steak with cheese poured over it too👍 There are so many kinds of food, all so tempting that you can spend ages deciding what to eat💛 It is also perfect for brunch!
