But yurinchi has its own thing to watch for too. It's made with cheongyang chile peppers, so be careful if you can't handle spice! 🌶️ If you're sensitive like me, it's worth checking each piece before you bite in.

How the gambas and yurinchi go together

Putting both dishes together really lifted the table's whole vibe. Gambas is shrimp-centered so it's easy to pick at little by little, while yurinchi brings a totally different texture and flavor, so they didn't feel repetitive together.
