Today's lunch date with my dad ♥ I was trying to decide what to eat and realized it's been a while since I had bossam (boiled pork belly), so we came for bossam!! Honestly I was going to order yukgaejang for my dad and a mini bossam plate for myself...?! But my dad wanted bossam with makguksu (buckwheat noodles), so we just went straight for the large bossam set haha...

There are several restaurants on both sides of Yukdaejang! Maybe that's why the parking lot is huge and well set up!!

Tasting the 45,000 won bossam (large) and jaengban bibim naengmyeon set
Bossam (large) + Jaengban Bibim Naengmyeon (₩45,000) for me and my dad! (We're both born big eaters..) We sat at a table for two but they moved us to a table for four haha...

All three were delicious so I went back for seconds several times
Maybe because it's gerbiral (pork jowl meat), it looks completely glossy and shiny!!
The kimchi that came with it was also delicious, so eating meat with kimchi together, I could keep going endlessly!
Mixing and matching garlic, napa cabbage, chili peppers, salted shrimp, ssamjang (dipping sauce), kimchi, kkakdugi (radish kimchi), and chives, it was so good I never got tired of it ㅠㅠ
The jaengban bibim naengmyeon also had cabbage, carrot, and cucumber in it, so the texture was great and I enjoyed it a lot ♥

A phone charger and even a coffee machine — such a thoughtful touch of service!! I ate well and left satisfied ♡
What to order on the next visit
Today I had gerbiral bossam at Yukdaejang in Baekseok-dong!! Watching the yukgaejang and sagol tteok-mandu-guk at other tables, they looked so delicious ㅠㅠ Next time I need a hangover cure, I'll come back for chadol yukkal-myeon! Thanks for reading haha.
