There is plenty of parking right in front of the café, plus a second parking lot behind the Siyudang building. If it is full, search for Taehaksan Management Office and use the public lot in front of it instead. It is a one-minute walk to the café.

Cat in front of the café

Before we even went in, there was a cat in front of the café, and our 33-month-old absolutely loved it.

Spacious tables and a bright annex

When we went inside, the whole place had a neat atmosphere, with tables comfortably spaced apart.

The café was charmingly decorated, so it was fun to look around too. There was an annex to the left of the counter, so we took a look; it had a different feel from the main building.

The annex was neatly decorated in white tones, giving it an overall bright feel. It also had a self-service packing station and a microwave, which looked convenient to use.

A walk through the 3,000-pyeong outdoor garden

When we stepped outside, a huge garden unfolded before us. Please note that you can use the garden after placing your order.

From the moment we opened the door and walked out, it felt as though we had stepped into a picture book. A little farther in, colorful flowers and a red windmill came together beautifully, making it such a great place for photos. Every corner of the garden was prettily arranged, so we took our time looking around.

As we strolled around, taking photos and looking at everything, time flew by. It is also nice for leaving yourself photos against the pretty garden backdrop, so I think it would make a great date spot too. The garden is so large that our 33-month-old happily walked around and explored.

Pino's Romantic Campnic tent zone

If you head a little farther up along the garden, you will find a private tent zone called “Pino's Romantic Campnic.”

You can reserve through Naver or on site, and same-day reservations are available too, so it seemed like a nice option for families. It costs ₩30,000 for two hours or ₩50,000 for four hours.

The tents were well equipped with large tables and both heating and air conditioning. The outdoor area in front was also spacious, with several tables, so it looked great for a leisurely visit.

For reference, Pino Cafe Cheonan is pet-friendly. Large dogs cannot use the indoor café and may only join outdoors. The rules of use were clearly posted, so it looked like a fine place to visit with a pet too.

Charcoal pork belly steak and cream pasta

Ordered brunch dishes

We ordered the charcoal-grilled whole pork belly steak, bacon shrimp cream pasta, an Americano, and a grapefruit ade.

The charcoal-grilled whole pork belly steak looked appetizing from the start. It came generously with two kinds of sauce, grilled vegetables, and fries. They even brought tableware for our child, and our 33-month-old ate the fries and pork belly really well.

Charcoal-grilled pork belly and sauces

The pork belly was crisp outside and tender inside, the kind of flavor that kept us reaching for more. There was a subtle charcoal aroma too, and the rich pork belly was even better with the sauce. Paired with the grilled vegetables and fries, it made for a generous meal.

Bacon shrimp cream pasta

The bacon shrimp cream pasta was so good that I still think about it now.

There was plenty of cream sauce, so it was moist and savory, but not overly rich at all; our child ate it really well too. It had bacon and shrimp in it as well, making it nice to eat together.

Brunch and grapefruit ade

The grapefruit ade was refreshing and went nicely with the brunch. They say you can get an egg tart or an Americano free when you leave a receipt review, so that is worth keeping in mind.

Our visit to Pino Cafe Cheonan with a child

Pino Cafe Cheonan was a lovely place to spend unhurried time with a child, with its large, pretty outdoor garden, tent zone, and annex. The brunch menu was varied, and we were very satisfied with both the pasta and the whole pork belly steak.
