Cheonan café for blueberry lemonade and financiers: Brewers Coffee

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch, a café in Sinbu-dong, is in the Sinbu-dong dining alley across from Shinsegae Department Store Cheonan-Asan Branch~ It is right beside Sinbu No. 4 Public Parking Lot and across from Taeyang Restaurant! There is a bus stop nearby, so it is easy to visit by public transit. If you drive, please note that you get 30 minutes free when using the Sinbu No. 4 Public Parking Lot right next to the café~

Outdoor terrace and a busy weekday afternoon

The indoor seats are popular here, but the outdoor terrace is also incredibly popular! The weather gets especially nice in autumn, so it was great for having coffee outdoors~

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is known for its wide range of coffee and delicious baked goods! The interior is pretty, too~

I visited on a weekday afternoon, and it was so popular that there were no empty tables and I had to wait ^^;; There always seem to be so many customers whenever I come! There are also lots of customers buying baked goods to go~

When should you go for the widest baked-goods selection?

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch sells French-style baked goods made fresh that morning every day! More than 20 kinds of baked treats, including financiers, madeleines, and flan, are hugely popular~ Since I visited in the afternoon, quite a few items had already sold out, haha. If you want to try as many different kinds as possible, I recommend coming right at opening time!

This place is also known for its delicious coffee~ Along with signature drinks such as Brewers Coffee and 041 Coffee, there is a wide range of coffee and non-coffee drinks!

To the left of the ordering counter, there is a self-service station and an MD display~ At the self-service station, you can freely use cold water, cups, tissues, and wet wipes! You can also buy various items here, including coffee beans, eco-bags, and hats, so I recommend having a look when you visit~ The eco-bags were nice and simple!

The drinks and baked goods I ordered

After a little while, my order came out~ I ordered an Americano, blueberry lemonade, a salty caramel financier, a lemon madeleine, and a pecan espresso madeleine! The staff brought everything to my table, which was convenient~

Blueberry lemonade

I ordered it because I wanted a cold drink! It came topped with lemon steeped in blueberry syrup~ I could not imagine what blueberry and lemon would taste like together, so I was curious, but they paired better than I expected and I was satisfied! The blueberry flavor was rich and sweet~ It seems perfect for summer ^^

Hot Americano and financiers

The Americano at Brewers Coffee goes perfectly with financiers or madeleines! It suddenly turned chilly that day, so I ordered it hot, and its fragrant aroma was lovely~

The financiers and madeleines here are always so delicious! They do not hold back on the ingredients, so you can really taste the rich flavors~ My top pick that day was the financier! Children and pets are both welcome here, too~ I feel like I see at least one dog every time I visit, and they are so cute! When you come with a dog, the staff even prepare water separately for them ^^ It was lovely to see~
