In short
T Coffee is a dessert café in Seongdong, Seoul, set just off Seongsu-dong’s busy streets. On a weekday afternoon, I shared a matcha latte, café latte, and lemon sandwich with my sister amid spacious tables and big windows. Verdict: Come for the rich lattes and bright lemon cream sandwich.

T Coffee, a break from Seongsu’s bustle
I was in Seongsu-dong for an errand and happened to find T Coffee (티커피) just when I wanted to take a quiet little break! It is slightly removed from Seongsu-dong’s bustling streets, so it felt peaceful and laid-back. I also loved its leafy yet polished mood. It is a hidden Seongsu-dong café that is great for spending time alone or enjoying a quiet date.
Head down to B1 and you will find the hidden T Coffee! The interior is super neat and comfortable. It is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet café in Seongsu-dong.

The stairs are steep, so be careful on the way down. There was also a pizza place right next to T Coffee.

They sell simple yet luxurious-looking desserts, which are lovely with coffee. The coffee beans were wonderfully nutty and delicious, too.

A calm interior with big windows and spacious tables
Carefully, carefully, I headed down to B1. The owners were really kind, and there were plenty of tables, so it did not feel crowded at all.
There are quite a few group tables that seat about four people. The red table chairs were so striking. Although it is on B1, the full-height windows make it feel open rather than stuffy.

It somehow captures Seongsu-dong’s hip vibe perfectly. It would be nice to have pizza first, then come here for dessert and coffee as a second stop. It is pleasantly quiet, and the big-window view feels cozy and warm.

Ordering matcha latte and lemon sandwich
I ordered a matcha latte, café latte, and lemon sandwich. They also sell various sandwiches and scones. The desserts look refined in a way you do not easily see elsewhere. You absolutely, absolutely have to try the sandwiches.

Now I am curious about the chocolate sandwich, too. T Coffee really seems to be a sandwich-dessert gem, hahaha. The luxurious butter aroma hits you right away—it totally passed my taste test.

The beans were very bold, so the latte was wonderfully nutty and rich :) Since it is underground, it feels like a hidden café known only to those in the know. The coffee is delicious, the desserts are delicious, and the atmosphere is good, good. I was happy to discover another new café in Seongsu-dong.

And there really are lots of tables! I visited on a weekday afternoon, and I loved that it was not crowded. I wonder what the atmosphere is like on weekends~
There is a candle lit at every table, and the mood is so nice. It must create a different atmosphere in the evening, right? I think it would be wonderful for a date, too.
The interior is very comfortable and tidy. It is the kind of café that makes you want to stay longer. Some people were working on laptops alone, and I think it would also be great for a private, uninterrupted date or a first date, haha.

Clean matcha and tangy lemon cream
The matcha latte, café latte, and lemon sandwich arrived. Once you are seated, the owners bring them directly to your table.

The matcha latte did not have an artificial sweetness, so I enjoyed how clean it tasted. I do not like overly sweet drinks these days, and its clean matcha flavor suited me perfectly. The finish was pleasantly bitter yet clean! I loved that it did not leave a heavy aftertaste. The latte was also smooth and nutty, with rich coffee beans blending into the milk, and it went so well with the sweet-and-tart dessert.

It was such a good place to talk that my sister and I chatted away for the first time in ages~ The drinks were delicious, and so was the lemon cream sandwich.

The lemon flavor burst through so brightly and the cream was so soft that my eyes went wide the moment I took a bite. The cream is wonderfully sweet and tart! If you like lemon, you have to try it.

Not only was the interior lovely, but the coffee and desserts were so delicious that I was very satisfied! Next time, I want to try another sandwich dessert~ The latte was so good that I am curious about the other drinks, too.
With calm music, delicious coffee and desserts, and a comfortable, open, spacious café, I got a proper bit of after-work healing before heading out. Among Seongsu-dong’s many cafés, this one feels especially cozy and special.

It is the very definition of a luxurious sandwich. It is the sort of sandwich that makes you want to give it as a group gift, thanks to the premium butter they use, haha. The lemon cream inside is especially the star. It goes well with a sweet latte and with bitter coffee, too. You absolutely have to have dessert with your drink!

It had been a while since my last Seongsu-dong outing, and it was a success as always, haha. If you are looking for a calm café with a lovely atmosphere and great dessert coffee in Seongsu-dong, I recommend T Coffee!
