They open as usual every day unless something special comes up. I visited around 3pm on a weekday, and since the place itself is so spacious, it never felt crowded :)

How do the fig desserts and egg mayo salt bread taste?
Fig cake with iced latte: the best pairing

1. Iced café latte A spot known for the perfect balance of coffee and milk. Sometimes coffee and milk feel like they're not blending, or lattes come out too watery, but this one balances nuttiness and bitterness really well. A clean taste that goes perfectly with sweet cake or bread.

2. Fresh fruit cake (fig) A clean fresh cream cake, not overly rich. Fresh figs are packed in not just on top but throughout the inside of the sponge. The cream isn't too heavy or overly sweet, so I'd strongly recommend it to anyone who prefers light, clean desserts — or anyone who's obsessed with figs.

3. Fresh fruit mascarpone (fig) Great custard cream meets tangy fig. The custard cream itself has really wonderful flavor. The fig jam on top is a bit strong, so I'd recommend eating it with a slightly higher ratio of custard cream. The figs on top were fresh and delicious rather than just for decoration, which was satisfying.

4. Egg mayo salt bread A hearty combo of crispy-outside, soft-inside bread with rich fillings. True to a salt bread specialist, it has that classic crispy-outside, fluffy-inside texture. Inside there's egg, ham, bell pepper, corn and more, giving the feeling of enjoying a tasty pizza bread and salt bread at once. It's substantial enough to work as a light meal, not just a dessert.
Is Baedagol Bakery House worth the drive?

✔️Location & access: located near Goyang, easy to get to, and with ample parking it's a great choice for a weekend drive. ✔️Would I return: if you live nearby, it's a great place to stop by often and relax, and it's worth the trip even if you're coming from far away just for this café. If you want to soak in the autumn weather with good dessert and coffee, I recommend Baedagol Bakery House!
