An Italian date in Yeosu Ravenna
I'd been craving thick, creamy pasta lately so I went to Ravenna. The noodles were soaked in so much sauce and the cream was so good it instantly became a favorite of mine 🥺✨

Where is Ravenna and where do you park? Just past The Ocean Resort in Soho-dong
Ravenna, a Yeosu pasta favorite, is located just past Di Ocean Resort in Soho-dong.

There was a small bridge in front of the restaurant, still under construction, but once it's done it'll be a great spot for a walk 💞 The sunset was so pretty too!
As for parking, the first floor is a dedicated parking lot, so you can park comfortably before heading up 🚘

Ravenna is on the 2nd floor, reachable by elevator or stairs, and ✅ same-day ingredients ✅ sold out once used up for the day mean you can enjoy fresh food 😊

The best menu items at Ravenna, a great spot for an Italian date in Yeosu, are ✨ hot seafood hot-pot pasta ✨ gat kimchi (mustard leaf kimchi) pilaf ✨ chapsteak

Ravenna's ocean-view seats and atmosphere: is it good with kids?
Here's the vibe of the restaurant! Black and modern-chic interior, with the space feeling bigger than expected and high ceilings making it even more comfortable.
You can reserve ocean-view seats on a first-come basis through Naver Reservation ❤️ The photo doesn't quite do it justice, but the view was so nice I kept looking outside haha.
Baby chairs are available so dining out with kids is totally fine 👌 Side dishes are self-serve, so just help yourself if you'd like some.

Thoughtfully, they even have a coffee vending machine plus instant coffee and various teas, so you can enjoy a light dessert after your meal too.

Ravenna's menu: choosing between a single and a 1.5 portion
This is the menu at Ravenna, a great spot for an Italian date in Yeosu. Unlike other restaurants, you can choose single or 1.5 portions, so bigger eaters can fill up even more! 😋

When you order, they also serve pre-meal bread and salad. The bread was soft, and with a bit of butter it was nutty and light — nice to eat 🥖

Spicy cream pasta, 17,900 won: plump noodles in thick sauce
And then, the main dish arrives!
I ordered the spicy cream pasta because I was won over by how it looked — doesn't it look thick and delicious? 😍

The service salad 🥗 that came with the main dish was so refreshing, exactly what you need to whet your appetite! 🍋

The spicy cream pasta 🌶️ is chicken pasta in a slightly spicy cream sauce. For someone who can't handle much spice like me, it's just a little spicy — but that little kick keeps it from feeling too heavy, which I loved!

Honestly, this pasta isn't food — it's art …🥺 The noodles aren't too thin, just slightly plump, so they hold the sauce even better, and the texture is so chewy and delicious!!! After always eating thin noodles, having this plump kind felt refreshingly different and satisfying 👍🏻

The pasta was so thick and delicious, exactly the flavor I'd been searching for! The sauce was great, the noodles were great, and there were plenty of toppings for good texture too — I regretted not ordering the 1.5 portion and had to pace myself eating it slowly 🥲 Honestly the best pasta I've had in Yeosu...
Seafood tomato risotto, 17,900 won: my husband's pick

My husband's pick: seafood tomato risotto. We figured just cream might feel too heavy, so we ordered this tomato one too 🍅 It really was refreshing and cleansed the palate!

Something special about Ravenna, a well-known spot for Italian food in Yeosu: they're generous with toppings. I don't usually love tomato-based dishes, but the clean flavor kept me taking bite after bite haha.
Is Ravenna worth it for an Italian dinner date in Yeosu?
Ravenna is famous as a Yeosu pasta favorite, so I'd been wanting to visit for a while, and it exceeded my expectations! The spicy cream pasta was seriously so good I could eat it once a week 🥺 If you're planning an Italian date in Yeosu, I recommend Ravenna in Soho-dong — great views, great food 😊
