Bupyeong all-you-can-eat sushi in 90 minutes: KuuKuu Gold Bupyeong
In short
KuuKuu Gold Bupyeong Branch is an all-you-can-eat sushi buffet on the 9th floor of Donga Wellbeing Town, near Exit 3 of Bupyeong Market Station in Bupyeong, Incheon. At KuuKuu Gold Bupyeong I grilled scallops, nakji-horong (grilled baby octopus skewers) and enoki mushroom beef rolls myself at the self-grill zone, then made a round of the hot food, taco and dessert corners. With only 90 minutes at the table, taking one dish at a time worked far better than piling up a plate at the start.

Today I was looking for a good restaurant in Bupyeong and ended up at KuuKuu Gold Bupyeong Branch, an all-you-can-eat spot!

Scallops and nakji-horong at the self-grill zone
This self-grill zone is something only KuuKuu Gold has! You can grill your own pork belly, nakji-horong (grilled baby octopus skewers), eel, pork skin, skewers and more.

You bring whatever ingredients you want on a plate and grill them yourself, so you can eat meat and seafood alongside your sushi.

I tried grilling too, haha. They even had scallops. I loaded up skewers, scallops, nakji-horong, and meat to grill. The scallops were soft since I only grilled them lightly instead of overcooking them. I also grilled some enoki mushroom meat rolls alongside. It honestly felt like camping.
Hot food counter and the build-your-own taco corner

On one side of the buffet there's also hot food you can eat warm, like pizza, quesadillas, and stir-fries. There's a self-serve taco corner too.

There were pork ribs, fried items, stir-fries, and various seafood dishes too. Plenty to choose from beyond just sushi.
I meant to only eat a little rice so I wouldn't get too full, but I still had 2-3 spoonfuls, haha.

There's also a drinks corner and warm miso soup

The salad and dessert corner! Very important, haha! Don't forget the chocolate fondue and drinks -

KuuKuu even has bead ice cream? Haha.
Two sushi plates: gamtae (seaweed) sushi and yukhoe (beef tartare) sushi

I checked out the sushi corner too. My first plate had sweet shrimp, grilled eel sushi, salmon roll, sushi wrapped in gamtae (seaweed laver), and yukhoe (raw beef) sushi. The eel sushi had teriyaki sauce on top, which made it nicely savory. I also tried the gamtae roll. Even though it's all-you-can-eat, the quality wasn't low at all - everything was just delicious, ugh. It's genuinely high quality.

For my second plate I got flying fish roe gunkan, aged kimchi sushi, and grilled fish sushi. As expected, since KuuKuu is known for its sushi, the quality of the raw fish is really good, which must be why it's so popular!
Dessert finish: chocolate fondue and bead ice cream

Here's my dessert plate after finishing the meal. I brought colorful bead ice cream, finger-food cakes, macarons, and marshmallows dipped in chocolate fondue. The bead ice cream would be great for kids.
I dipped a marshmallow in the chocolate fondue. It was sweet and perfect for dessert, and I also grabbed a macaron alongside.

I also tried a mini hot dog. It was bite-sized and easy to eat, and I grabbed a Lotus cookie too. I finished up with a blue-and-pink mixed slushie.
How to eat well within the 90-minute limit
I feel like I ate a little bit of everything, haha, but I ended up pretty full. If you're looking for a sushi buffet in Bupyeong, KuuKuu Gold Bupyeong Branch is worth considering. Beyond sushi, you can grill your own food at the self-grill zone, and there's hot food, tacos, and desserts too, so there's plenty to pick from.
While eating sushi, I also grilled scallops and nakji-horong on the side. Since you only get 90 minutes, it's better to bring one dish at a time based on what you actually want, rather than piling your plate high from the start. This is a good spot for a family meal or whenever you want to try several kinds of food in one place.
