So last weekend I went to an outdoor-seating wine bar in Sinheung Market, Haebangchon. This part's actually important — these days, an outdoor wine bar where you can actually reserve a table?! I booked easily through Naver Reservations and headed straight over!
It's called 'Sugar Hill,' and the vibe is unique and the food is so good, so I wanted to introduce it to princesses looking for a good Haebangchon outdoor spot 💕

What does Sugar Hill's green building in Sinheung Market look like inside?
Sugar Hill is a wine bar tucked into a corner of Sinheung Market in Haebangchon, and the exterior really catches your eye first. A vivid green building with a red awning accent gives it a kitschy feel.
Inside, Sugar Hill is cozy but packed with vintage posters and graphic artwork, so it feels like a retro-pop space at some European resort town! There are about 5 tables on the 1st floor and a few more on the 2nd floor — small but surprisingly well laid out.
I wanted to sit on the outdoor terrace, but a group was already there, so we sat inside. We visited around 4pm, and honestly the sun was pretty strong so being inside was better — plus the doors were open, so it still felt like being outdoors even inside!
