I was looking for somewhere with a nice atmosphere near Gireum Station and ended up visiting 37.5 Signature Mia Branch.

37.5 Signature Mia Branch sits right between Gireum Station and Miasageori Station, so it's very easy to reach, and building parking is available for those coming by car.

It's also close to Hyundai Department Store Mia branch, making it a perfect spot for a meal before or after shopping.

Spacious interior and window seats

The interior is pretty spacious and comfortable, and I loved that the large front windows let in natural light and brighten up the whole place during the day.

With the roomy space, window seating, and a layout suited to groups, I'd recommend this place for dates, family meals, and gatherings of all sizes.

It's open from early morning to late evening, so whether you drop by for a late breakfast, lunch, or a relaxed dinner after work, any time works great~

37.5 Signature is a brunch-focused spot near Gireum Station, but the menu is surprisingly wide and there's a lot of delicious food, so I had a hard time deciding what to order!

From classic American brunch to French toast, pasta, risotto, pilaf, pizza, salad, and steak, there's something for everyone — great for groups where everyone orders their favorite and shares.

Out of everything I ordered, the house Caesar salad arrived first!

It's a Caesar salad with fresh romaine, bacon, crunchy croutons, and cheese — a great side to go with the mains.

Crisp, fresh vegetables and a savory dressing were perfect for whetting the appetite before the main dishes!

Paired with the pork jowl green onion cream pasta and the pilaf, it also helped reset the palate between the rich cream sauce and the heaviness of the steak.

Cube steak pilaf

The cube steak pilaf I ordered alongside the pasta is highly recommended for anyone who feels a meal needs at least one rice dish.

As I get older, I find myself craving rice over noodles~ The well-fried pilaf comes topped with generously sized cube steak, making it really hearty.

Put a piece of steak on top of the pilaf, add some salad on the side, and it's the perfect satisfying meal!

Unlike typical cream pasta, the pork jowl green onion cream pasta stands out because it includes pork jowl, letting you enjoy meat and pasta together.

The savory, smooth cream sauce paired with the pork jowl takes the flavor up another level!

The green onion went especially well with the cream sauce.

In particular, the pork jowl green onion cream pasta I had this time stood out as it's a bit different from typical cream pasta, and adding the cube steak pilaf made for quite a filling meal.

Adding the house Caesar salad on top cut down on the richness, and the overall combination worked really well together!
