We stopped by Lotte Outlet Uiwang! After eating, we were craving caffeine and something sweet, and it turned out Jeong Jiyoung Coffee, famous around Suwon, has a branch at Lotte Outlet Uiwang too?! I'd wanted to try it, so this was perfect timing. We swung by right after lunch and some shopping for a little mood reset ☺️

There were also various goods like t-shirts, cups, pens, and coffee beans. Fun to browse while waiting, and they were so cute I wanted to buy a cup or something!!!

The weather was so nice that day — Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters Uiwang Outlet branch has floor-to-ceiling windows so the light streaming in was gorgeous and everything looked so green and pretty

This is the view once you go up to the 2nd floor! It feels like a little escape into nature nearby. Even on a weekday, there were quite a few people, and some were working on laptops?! I feel like on weekdays, anything you work on in a spot like this would just go well 💻

How did the coconut coffee and peanut sandwich taste?

We picked the signature coconut and the peanut sandwich 🥜🥜❤️❤️

One sip in and I understood why it's the signature — the coconut coffee had a wonderful coconut aroma, just the right sweetness, and a smooth coffee taste ☕️ Highly recommend! Coconut flavor can easily get cloying, but it blended really well with the espresso shot and was so delicious! Different from the rich, super-sweet Vietnamese coconut coffee — more like an upscale version..?!☺️

The peanut sandwich had a lot of peanuts in it, so the crunchy texture was great, and the peanut flavor was just sweet enough and rich and so nutty..🥜 Not an artificial sweetness — the nutty aroma of roasted peanuts went really well with the soft bread!
