I really like Hongrad among Suwon cafés, and once I found out there was a Mangpo Station branch, I saved it to visit — and I finally made it there haha! I love Hongrad for its cozy vibe and comfy seats, great for chatting, solo café trips, and working on your laptop, and the Mangpo Station branch turned out even better lol. It's a great café to hit up late after dinner near Mangpo Station, so here's my review of Hongrad Mangpo Station Branch~!

Hongrad's menu and what we ordered
The Hongrad Mangpo Station Branch menu has a variety of coffee, tea, and drinks, plus desserts like toast, brownie, croffle, and cheesecake. Join the review event and you can get a cute pin badge. We ordered an iced americano, iced mocha latte, and Hongrad brownie. I've tried most of the Hongrad menu and it's consistently solid. Stamp your coupon and you can also get a free drink.

Fourth-floor night views and how the seating is laid out
Being on the 4th floor, the night view and bright lighting really set a nice mood. There were various tables inside — two-person tables by the window, a four-person table in the middle, and plenty of comfy sofa seats. There are also spots good for sitting in a group.

The best laptop seats are at the back
In the back there are single and two-person sofa seats, and a lot of people were sitting there quietly working on laptops. It really feels like a dedicated study-café space~ I should come sit here next time I need to work alone haha. People chatting mostly sit on the other side. FYI, dogs are welcome too (vaccination proof and leash required).

The mini gift shop in the middle of Hongrad
In the middle there's a spot that feels like a mini gift shop. So many cute keyrings in particular! Great to browse while waiting for your drink~ the Monchhichi stickers were super cute too!

They also had Hello Kitty, Chiikawa, and Pochacco goods, which I really wanted!! I wanted to try pulling the sushi Chiikawa~ so cute.

We sat in the middle sofa seats. So comfy haha. FYI, the restroom inside is clean too.

How the iced mocha latte and Hongrad brownie taste
Full shot of what we ordered — iced americano, iced mocha latte, and Hongrad brownie~!

A shot under the lighting too.

The mocha latte wasn't too sweet. They said the coffee beans they use have low acidity and a nutty flavor.

The cute Hongrad brownie — this is Hongrad's signature dessert. It comes with ice cream and banana, blueberry, and cherry toppings.

So cute but I couldn't help crushing the ice cream anyway haha. A sweet brownie packed with chocolate chips. It's more moist than fudgy, which I actually prefer. Eating it together with the ice cream is so good~

Why Hongrad works for a late-night visit
