Sadang gnocchi restaurant for quattro cheese gnocchi: Two Find Peter

I made plans to meet an old friend I hadn't seen in a while, and we picked Sadang as a spot roughly halfway between us. For lunch we headed to Two Find Peter, a well-known Sadang Station spot.

Where is Two Find Peter Seoul Sadang Branch, and is there a wait?

Two Find Peter Seoul Sadang Branch is on the 3rd floor at 2 Bangbaecheon-ro 2-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul, South Korea. It's about a 2-minute walk from either Exit 13 or Exit 14 of Sadang Station — a solid pasta spot for the neighborhood.

It's so close to the station that it makes a great meeting spot for gatherings too.

We arrived a little before 2pm, just after the lunch rush, and got seated right away with no wait. If there are 2 or more parties waiting, there's a sign at the entrance to check while you wait.

Inside Two Find Peter: interior and seating

With 2-person tables, 4-person tables, and even group seating, it works well for a hangout with friends or a family gathering. Lighting fixtures scattered throughout give it a nice atmosphere, and the seats feel spacious enough for a date or a bigger group. The wood-tone interior with large windows makes the space feel open and comfortable for eating.

Since we'd made a reservation ahead of time, our basic tableware and water were already set when we arrived.

What is on the menu at Two Find Peter?

With salads, pasta, risotto, pizza, gnocchi, pilaf, and steak all on the menu, Two Find Peter is a great spot to enjoy Western food near Sadang Station. There are so many tempting dishes that it'd be fun to come with a group and order one of everything.

Pre-meal bread and sides served as standard

Bread, balsamic oil, pickles, and jalapeños come out automatically. It feels like fewer places serve bread before the meal these days, so getting warm dinner rolls to nibble on as an appetizer before the mains arrived was a nice touch :)

What we ordered at Two Find Peter

We ordered the spicy crebbi pasta, the quattro cheese gnocchi, and — not pictured — a can of Sprite. The spicy crebbi pasta came out first, and the quattro cheese gnocchi followed a bit later, so this photo was taken after we'd already started on the pasta.

Spicy Crebbi Pasta, 16,000 won

A spicy crebbi pasta packed with a fiery cream sauce and the aroma of crab meat.

Built on a rosé sauce base with cherry tomatoes, broccoli, and crab meat, topped with cheese and parsley over the noodles. The sauce was generous, and even though 'spicy' was right there in the name, the softness of the rosé sauce balanced it out — it wasn't as heavy-handed with heat as I expected, and I enjoyed it a lot.

Quattro Cheese Gnocchi, 16,000 won

Golden-seared gnocchi paired with a creamy sauce made from four melted cheeses.

The quattro cheese gnocchi lived up to its name — you can really taste the cheese in every bite. As you can see in the photos, the gnocchi is basically tucked under a blanket of cheese >_<

The gnocchi has that chewy-yet-soft texture, and the cheese is rich and savory, so if you love both cheese and gnocchi, this one will hit the spot. Since the cheese flavor is on the stronger side, I'd recommend ordering it alongside a spicy dish like we did, and taking turns between the two.

Sadang Station is a popular meeting spot, and with Two Find Peter located so close to the station, it's a solid choice for all kinds of gatherings.
