Hey everyone!! After finishing up a weekday I was completely drained 😩💦 so while figuring out where to spend Friday night, I ended up at Jusangnakwon near Dongtan's North Plaza (Buk Gwangjang)!!

Maybe because it was Friday, the bars all around were packed with people 👀🙆‍♀️ After looking around here and there, I decided on Jusangnakwon, famous for its tasty side dishes ✨🙌

Parking at Jusangnakwon: free within an hour and a half 🚗💨

Parking stress is a real issue when visiting Dongtan bars 😵‍💫 but Jusangnakwon has an underground lot in the main building, plus parking spaces right in front of the store!

If you exit within an hour and a half it's free, so it was easy to visit without worry 👍💯

Inside Jusangnakwon: a hanok structure under a round moon 🏮🌕✨

What caught my eye in the store was the interior! 😍 True to its name ('jusang' meaning up on the rooftop), there's a hanok structure placed inside, and

a round moon floating above it made for a great atmosphere 🌙🏮 It was also a great spot for photos while having a drink 📸💕

Crunchy texture with just the right saltiness kept my hand reaching back for more 🙌 Perfect for whetting the appetite before the drinks arrived 🍺

Looking at the menu, there were tons of other side dishes and a wide range of drinks too 🍶🥃

The kimchi stew came out first, and the portion was so generous that one bowl could easily be shared by three people! 😲

Even though there were just two of us, we ate until we were completely stuffed 🙌🍚 That bubbling, simmering look was so appetizing, mouth watering...😋🔥

The iberico jowl that came next also had a generous portion! 😳👏 Eating it with the minari (water dropwort) that came alongside was the best combo! 🌿✨

The juicy iberico paired with the fragrant minari kept me reaching for more 🥢💕

Is Jusangnakwon worth it for a night out in Dongtan? 🌃🍻

With side dishes this good, drinks are a must right? haha 😂 It was a spread that naturally made you want to drink 🍻🥂 A glass with the iberico jowl, another with the kimchi stew — time just flew by without us noticing ⏰💕

A week's worth of fatigue melted away! 😌🍶 The interior especially made the whole drinking atmosphere feel special, 🌙🏮 great for a cozy chat, and it also looked like a good spot for a work dinner 🙆‍♀️✨ If you're looking for a Dongtan bar to spend a Friday night, I recommend giving Jusangnakwon Dongtan North Plaza a visit! 🙌🌙

With delicious side dishes and a great-vibe interior, it'll make for a satisfying evening 🍻💯 A place I'd love to revisit with friends again 🥂✨
