Sajik-dong dessert shop in Busan: 4 choux to go, no ice pack, FLU:ET
In short
FLU:ET is a takeout-focused choux and fruit syrup dessert shop newly opened in Sajik-dong, Dongnae, Busan. Two plain choux, one cream cheese apple choux and one tiramisu choux came to 20,800 won for four, and FLU:ET packed each one separately so the box traveled home with no ice pack and nothing leaked or smeared. The cream cheese apple choux was the personal winner for its tangy, sweet, thick cream, and the tiramisu choux tasted best with an iced Americano.

The shop sign spelled it FLU:ET in English. I heard the cookie choux were delicious there, so I ran over haha.

It's open every day from 10am to 7pm :) They sell cookie choux, but also drinks like ade. You can check the café info on Instagram beforehand too, so keep that in mind!

Inside FLU:ET: takeout only, with a single table
There was one table inside FLU:ET, but it felt like a takeout-focused dessert shop. There's a pretty flower vase sitting on the table haha.

The fruit syrups and cookie choux were kept fresh and refrigerated for sale ^-^/ They sold a good variety of fruit syrups too haha. But I was there for the choux, so I passed!
What I ordered at FLU:ET: 4 choux for 20,800 won
What I ordered at FLU:ET: 2 plain choux for ₩9,000, cream cheese apple choux for ₩5,800, and tiramisu choux for ₩6,000, for a total of ₩20,800.

FLU:ET says they use French cream and New Zealand butter ^-^/ There was info about the choux and fruit syrup too, so I snapped some photos 📸

There was even a separate guide on how to enjoy the fruit syrup and how to store it! It had tips for making your own drinks too 👍

How the choux traveled home with no ice pack
I thought about getting the ice pack packing at FLU:ET, but since the weather isn't hot anymore, I went with regular takeout packing :)

Everything was packed individually and neatly, so it made it home safely without any mess or leaking 😆

I bought 2 plain choux, 1 cream cheese apple choux, and 1 tiramisu choux, 4 in total~

I unpacked everything and moved it onto a plate~ The choux were pretty big overall haha.

I loved choux so much as a kid, and it brought back memories.. I shared them happily with my family ^-^/

Best of the 4 FLU:ET choux: cream cheese apple
I tried a bite of each choux from FLU:ET, and personally my favorite was the cream cheese apple choux~

The sweet choux cream had apple jam and cream cheese inside, so it was tangy, sweet, and thick — really delicious haha.

The cream was super moist and soft, and sweet enough that it'd go well with iced Americano or milk! It's tasty on its own too, but since it's sweet I'd recommend pairing it with something 👍 The plain choux was sweet and tasty too.
A proper sugar-charging day ~

For the tiramisu choux, iced Americano is a must.. noted.. It had a rich cheese cream flavor with a sweet-bitter kick from the cocoa powder haha. If you like cookie choux or fruit syrup and you're in Dongnae, Busan, give FLU:ET in Sajik-dong a try~ The owner is friendly too, and it's perfect for a sugar boost!
