Late-night Korean BBQ pork set in Dongnae, Busan: Bulmak Yeolsam Sajik
In short
Bulmak Yeolsam Sajik is a raw makchang (pork intestine) and raw pork belly restaurant in Sajik-dong, Dongnae-gu, Busan, open until 2am. Visiting on a Friday evening, the writer ordered the pork set — two servings each of raw pork belly and raw makchang plus grillable cheese and doenjang stew — and found the scored pork belly juicy and the pre-cooked makchang tender even after extra grilling. With a free brisket gift for baseball ticket holders, one hour of validated parking, and seating for up to 25, it's a solid pick for a Sajik Baseball Stadium outing or a late team dinner.

Exterior, parking lot, and Naver reservations

Bulmak Yeolsam is a Sajik-dong BBQ restaurant open until 2am. The name apparently means "burning makchang, fired-up pork belly" haha ⁽⁽◝( ˙ ꒳ ˙ )◜⁾

If you park at Myeongseong Parking Lot, a 2-minute walk down the alley across from the restaurant, they'll validate 1 hour (₩3,000). * 🅿️ Parking lot location attached
You can also book on Naver depending on party size and seating. If you're looking for a place for a group gathering or team dinner, being open until late plus reservations in advance makes this really convenient!
Inside the restaurant and group seating
This is the main table area in the middle of the restaurant.
There's a private section further inside with two tables — since there were customers there I'm using a Naver photo instead ..(˙˘˙;) It seats a minimum of 6, maximum 12, so it's great for family gatherings or small group meetups!
The floor-seating tables number 5 and can hold up to 25 people total, so it's good for group get-togethers and team dinners.

Fitting for a restaurant near Sajik Baseball Stadium, a baseball game was playing on screen.

And there was a little hammer at every table — I wondered what it was for, but it's for making slush ice in soju! The owner comes over and does it for you; I'd never seen it before so it was fun and novel. Drinkers will love this one ~ ૮˃̵֊ ˂̵ ა
Disposable aprons and bottle openers are set at every table too. They also said they'll bring forks, kids' chairs, and kids' supplies if you ask — a kid-friendly restaurant!
Menu and ongoing promotions

Besides the signature raw makchang and raw pork belly, there's a wide range of meats — small intestine, beef small intestine, king galbi, kkodeulsal, brisket, galbisal — plus hot pots.

There were also value set menus for eating a bit cheaper! We went with the < pork set >, which lets you have both raw makchang and raw pork belly, plus grillable cheese and doenjang stew (soybean paste stew).

Bulmak Yeolsam has several promotions running, but what stood out — fitting for a spot near Sajik Baseball Stadium — was a free brisket gift with a baseball ticket. Baseball fans, this place is a must-visit! Just subscribing to Naver notifications also gets you a free brisket, so don't miss out!
What does the basic table setting look like?

The basic side dishes come out looking clean and simple. The tofu kimchi was so tangy and delicious, perfect for waking up the appetite (•̀🐽•́)

There's pickled onion in the middle and various dipping sauces served alongside, which was nice!
The pork set review (raw pork belly + raw makchang + cheese + doenjang stew)

Two servings of raw pork belly and two servings of raw makchang (*ˊᵕˋ*)੭ ੈ
Domestic raw pork belly
Starting with the raw pork belly. Being domestic raw pork belly, the quality looked good, and it already looked so appetizing.

The meat had tight little score marks cut into it, so when you bite in, the juice just bursts out. No gamey smell at all, genuinely delicious!

Grillable cheese, 10 pieces, with condensed milk sauce
Another reason we ordered the pork set! You get 10 pieces of cheese along with condensed milk sauce for dipping. The à la carte price is around ₩4,500 (prices may vary), and it seemed like more for less compared to other BBQ places.

Slow-melt the cheese at the edge of the grill plate, then dip it in the condensed milk sauce... honestly heavenly.

The cheese is delicious even eaten on its own. Definitely try the cheese too ..(⸝ʚ̴̶̷̆ωʚ̴̶̷̆⸝) Highly recommend!

Pre-cooked raw makchang — how do you know when it's done?
Now round two, the makchang ~ Since it's raw, un-boiled makchang, it's pre-cooked the moment you order, so it takes a little time (about 10 minutes).
Instead of the usual round shape I'm used to, it came cut into long strips. I asked the owner when it's done, and he said it needs to turn the color of Cheetos ₍ᐢ..ᐢ₎⊹
Right about like this! I worried it would get tougher the more it grilled, but it actually got even tastier.. amazing.

There's also a guide on the best way to eat it, and the spicy gochujang sauce paired the best — I inhaled it!

The doenjang stew included in the set
And this is also part of the set — the doenjang stew. Plenty of ingredients including brisket, and the flavor was rich and deep yet clean, just right ദിᐢ. .ᐢ₎ We were so full from the amount of meat that we skipped the meal menu..

Friendliness of the owner and how the restaurant is kept
The owner noticed we hadn't gotten water and brought us a complimentary Coke ₍ᐢ ›_‹ ᐢ₎ It was a Friday evening and he looked really busy, but he was so kind from start to finish that I finally understood why every review mentions how friendly the owner is!
There's Febreze and palate-cleansing candy set out too. I also saw him cleaning, and even while busy he wiped down the hood vent thoroughly — it made me trust the place even more.
