I hadn't had a perm or dye job recently, so my hair condition itself was fine, but that didn't mean it looked shiny or neat ㅠㅠ On rainy days my hair was legendary levels of frizzy 💦 My parting had also drifted back and looked slightly thin, which was stressing me out...

Before starting the actual treatment, Yeum Hair Nowon District Office branch set out some light snacks, asked what hairstyle I wanted, and explained the pricing in detail. I was treated by designer Sarang, who told me the cost both with and without the hair clinic (nourishing) add-on.

Since my hair condition itself was decent, I chose to skip the hair clinic, and the designer accepted that right away. This should honestly be the norm, but sometimes places give you a bit of pressure to add it on anyway 🥹 Yeum Hair Nowon District Office branch had none of that — so clean!! Magic setting plus root perm came to a total of ₩320,000.

Three hours of magic setting at Yeum Hair: how the service went

Before the treatment they gave my hair a quick wash. Then the real treatment started by the window. Facing the window meant I didn't have to worry about my own face the whole time, which was less awkward haha. There was even a charger at the seat, so I spent the time on my phone! Designer Sarang's hands were so fast, everything moved along smoothly!!

Haha, the fringe perm and back hairline correction I'd specifically asked for!!! I was actually a bit worried she might forget, but that worry was pointless — she handled the hairline perfectly on her own 🙌

The magic setting took about 3 hours, and since I had almost no cutting done, it probably went even faster (plus designer Sarang's hands are just 🐶 fast, seriously). Once everything was finished, she explained exactly how to dry my hair and how to use the spray and oil for aftercare — so thorough, right?? I actually forgot most of it and ended up rewatching a video the next day while washing my hair haha💦

And then my finished hair was just so pretty, it completely won me over!! I got exactly the root volume I wanted, and the hairline was fixed perfectly.
