Now that the weather's cooling down, it's the perfect time to eat at an outdoor table haha 😊 I went to a place in Sangdong that's great for eating with a nice atmosphere and enjoying some pizza and beer at the same time. It's 'People & Peoples.' There was a light breeze and it wasn't hot at all, so sitting at the outdoor table and eating delicious food felt really good 😀

Inside and outside People & Peoples: the terrace and dining room

Even before stepping inside, the clean exterior and outdoor terrace seats caught my eye.

With weather like this, breezy and mild, sitting at an outdoor table and enjoying that outdoor vibe with a beer in hand is absolutely the best. Especially in the evening, the mood is totally different from daytime — great for pizza and beer.

The interior had an even better atmosphere and mood than what you'd expect from outside 🖤

With soft, warm lighting and wine bottles and glasses arranged tastefully, it has a hip yet upscale feel.

The interior seating is spacious with generously sized tables, making it a great spot for a date with a partner as well as gatherings or work dinners with friends.

What we ordered at People & Peoples

This time I ordered three menu items: Bulgogi Pastry Pizza, Cream Fresh Pasta, and Boneless Chicken Karaage. People & Peoples' signature menu items — lasagna, pastry pizza, and gambas — apparently make up 90% of total sales, they're that popular.

I ordered with high expectations. So excited ❤️😋

🍕 Bulgogi pastry pizza

The first dish to arrive was the bulgogi pizza. Even in photos, the toppings look pretty generous, right? There's plenty of cheese and bulgogi topping scattered all over, so even a single slice felt substantial 💛

Since it's a pastry-style crust rather than a regular one, the crispy texture at the edges was great. The nutty, crunchy crust paired well with the sweet-savory bulgogi and cheese ❤️

Eating it with the salsa criolla special sauce made it even better, with a nice spicy kick 😋

🍝 Cream fresh pasta

This dish had plenty of cream sauce and the soft texture unique to fresh noodles. Ham and carrots were mixed in between the noodles, plus a big sausage on top, so it looked pretty appetizing too 🌭🍕

The cream sauce soaked well into the noodles, making it soft and rich to eat. Ordering it alongside the pizza was great — I could alternate between the pasta's soft flavor and the pizza's rich taste 🤍❤️

🍗 Boneless chicken karaage

Crispy fried boneless chicken came out piled generously in a basket along with fries. It's crispy outside and juicy inside, so it was good to eat plain or dipped in sauce.

The fries were tasty too 😋 Ordering just pizza and pasta might feel a little lacking, but adding the karaage made the table feel much more filled out.

A cool glass of ice 🧊 + cola. The attention to detail even down to the drinks was a nice touch. The cola helped cut through the richness 😋
