How to find Juno Hair Dongtan Solbitnaru Branch and where to park

Juno Hair Dongtan Solbitnaru Branch, a great spot for coloring in Dongtan, is located on the 2nd floor of Jeongnim Plaza, 65 Dongtansolbit-ro, Dongtan-gu, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, near Dongtan Naru Village. It's open every day from 10:00 to 21:00.

If you're driving, you enter via the one-way street and can park in the underground lot of the building opposite GS Fresh! There's also the Solbit street public parking lot nearby, so you can park there and walk up too :)

Juno Hair Dongtan Solbitnaru Branch uses an entire floor, so you step right into it as soon as the elevator opens :D

Inside the salon: locker room, White Zone and Brown Zone

It's decorated with a calm black interior, and there's a big locker room. There's a photo zone in the hallway too, and the walls aren't hard but padded and soft, so I don't think you'd need to worry about kids getting hurt if you visit with them haha

Both the waiting area and the service area were spacious, so it felt comfortable.

The lounge had books available! Apparently the selection changes every month.

The interior is split into a White Zone and a Brown Zone. Apparently the White Zone is mostly used on weekends and the Brown Zone on weekdays haha. Both have a clean, warm atmosphere.

On one side, Juno Hair's own products were on display like this. It was easy to see at a glance what products they use, and on the other side there were other brands' products on display.

Private room, shampoo rooms and kids' room at Juno Hair

Inside the Brown Zone there's a private room, which apparently is available for use when family groups visit haha. It seems like it would be nice and relaxing to spend time together as a family while getting your hair done, in such a cozy, private space.

The shampoo rooms were also split into a private room and a 2-person shampoo room :)

And for anyone with kids, there's a kids' room too — apparently it's the first kids' room in Dongtan haha. It's kept clean with Cesco Members management and has plenty of toys, so you could get your hair done with peace of mind.

Can black-dyed hair go brown? The consultation with designer Sia

At Juno Hair Dongtan Solbitnaru Branch, I had my coloring done by designer Sia.

The consultation went carefully, looking closely at reference photos I wanted and the condition of my hair haha.

They also brought out a drink and snacks to have during the service :D The drink had a lid, which was nice since no dust or debris could get in!

Here's what my hair looked like before the service ㅜㅜ I'd dyed it black a year earlier, and other salons kept telling me brown coloring would be difficult and just turned me away ㅜㅜ but Sia helped make sure it would come out in the color I wanted, as evenly as possible!

The coloring result: an even brown with no red tint

After carefully applying the dye and doing heat treatment, this pretty brown color came out!! :) I wanted a brown that wasn't too light and had no red tint, and the color came out exactly the way I wanted, so I was really satisfied. Sometimes color fades into a reddish tone over time, but that didn't happen here, which I liked even more.

No patchiness, no red tint — such a pretty brown color, haha. They explained aftercare really well too, and all the staff were so kind, so I think I'll come back next time for root touch-ups!
