Chestnut bagel and two parking lots at Yeongjong café Pink Wall Cafe

In short

Pink Wall Cafe is a pink-toned bakery café on Yongyuseo-ro in Eulwang-dong, Yeongjong, Incheon. On a weekday afternoon visit, the order was a soboro (crumble) chestnut bagel and a fig bagel with an iced Americano and chamomile tea, and cream cheese came free with the bagels. Because the two entrances face different roads, Pink Wall Cafe has parking both in front and behind, making it an easy pet-friendly stop on a drive.

I heard there was a great-vibe café near Eulwangni, so I went to check it out. If you've come all the way to Yeongjong to see the sea, taking a relaxed coffee break is a must. This time I found Pink Wall Cafe, a bakery café in Yeongjong, Incheon, with a pink-toned aesthetic that stands out.

The cute indoor atmosphere is nice, but what I especially liked was the outdoor terrace space. The pink café building blends naturally with the outside scenery, and sitting on the terrace lets you feel the sea breeze while spending time leisurely.

I'm introducing a pet-friendly café in Yeongjong where you can take photos on a date, enjoy tasty bagels and coffee, and if the weather's nice, chat leisurely on the outdoor terrace.

Is parking easy at Pink Wall Cafe in Yeongjong?

Pink Wall Cafe is known in Yeongjong for its pink aesthetic. If you're driving around Yeongjong, Incheon and looking for a good place to take a short break, Pink Wall Cafe is a solid choice. As soon as I arrived, the pastel pink exterior looked so pretty. You can park in the lots both in front of and behind the café.

What's unusual about this place is that its two entrances each face different roads. Parking lots are set up at both entrances, so there's an advantage of visiting without worrying about parking.

The outdoor terrace at Pink Wall Cafe

Outdoor area of Pink Wall Cafe with pink accents

As the name suggests, Pink Wall Cafe is a space where the pink accents catch your eye first. But above all, what impressed me was that while the indoor atmosphere is pretty, the outdoor terrace space is really well made.

Spaciously arranged outdoor tables at Pink Wall Cafe

On a nice-weather day, it'd be a shame to stay indoors only. The outdoor tables are spaced generously, so it's good to bring your coffee and bagel out and sit there, and thanks to the scenery around the terrace you can feel a different mood from indoors. Sitting on the terrace, you definitely feel a different kind of ease from a city café. The day we visited was too hot so we stayed inside, but during a nicer season it'd be great to spend time on the outdoor tables feeling the sea breeze.

Rather than being a wide-open ocean-view café where the sea spreads right in front of you, it's more of a Yeongjong café where you look out at green scenery and take a breather. It was nice to sit for a long time with just one cup of coffee. On a nice day, it'd suit either chatting with someone on the terrace while feeling the breeze, or spending quiet time alone. Since it's also a pet-friendly café in Yeongjong, it'd be a great spot to stop by with your pet.

Inside Pink Wall Cafe: the pink interior

Walking inside, the pink-centered interior continues. Pink accents are used throughout, making it good for photos, and the overall mood feels bright and lovely. There are entrances on both sides, and the space stretches long in that direction.

Interior with pink chandelier and props

A pink chandelier also catches the eye. Little props placed around the space give it a cute feel. Natural light coming through the windows creates a cheerful mood, and the long seats arranged by the window looked good for working or relaxing. On the weekday afternoon we visited, there were few people, so it was also nice for quietly reading a book.

Pink Wall Cafe has a variety of bagels, cakes, and drinks prepared. It's known for its tasty bagels, and the time spent deciding what to eat was so happy. I also liked that cream cheese was given for free when ordering a bagel.

A variety of drinks are prepared, and given that it's in a well-known tourist spot, these prices are reasonable.

What we ordered was the soboro chestnut bagel and the fig bagel.

Soboro chestnut bagel and fig bagel: how do they taste?

Cross-section of the chewy soboro chestnut bagel

As the name suggests, the soboro (crumble) chestnut bagel has an appealing combination of nutty, sweet soboro crumble and chestnut. The bagel's signature chewy texture combined with the nuttiness of the crumble and the subtle sweetness of the chestnut made it good with coffee. Since it wasn't a overly sweet dessert, it went especially well with the Americano.

The fig bagel has that distinctive fig flavor that's sweet yet subtly tangy, giving it a different charm from the soboro chestnut bagel. With figs added to the chewy bagel, a gentle sweetness rose with each bite, making it a light, clean thing to enjoy.

Is Pink Wall Cafe in Yeongjong worth a stop?

Iced Americano and chamomile tea on a café table

A large Yeongjong café where I relaxed over a cool iced Americano and chamomile tea. Pink Wall Cafe is a café with a pretty pink interior, but its strength is being able to enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces together. Especially on nice-weather days, the outside view from the terrace really elevates the café's mood. It was a good café to stop by when you want to slow down a bit after a date or a drive around Eulwangni or Yeongjong.
